Reliable, Fast, Goes Anywhere!

This is an excellent quality scooter. I love it so much that I gave the first one I bought (blue) to my best friend and bought this one in purple for myself. The battery lasts a long time between charges. I've driven it on some pretty rough dirt/gravel roads with no problems. It also goes a lot faster than I expected it would. Very easy assembly. Initial thoughts

I just received my scooter. I ordered the 15 mile range with mirrors. The box did not have any damage but most of the smaller pieces inside were loose and rattling around. Could be package better. All parts were there except for the mirrors. I have placed a call with the manufacturer, but have not heard back yet. Assembly was not difficult, but I do believe the seat should’ve come pre-assembled to the seat frame. Did a very short ride. Turn radius could be better and it could ride a little bit smoother, but overall not bad. I will update this review and add or subtract a star depending on the results of the missing mirrors. Update: spoke to customer service who is very helpful. They explained that the mirrors usually chip separately. A couple days after speaking with them the mirrors arrive today. Overall, I’m happy with the cart but the battery does struggle bit when going uphill. Probably should’ve gotten the stronger battery just for that fact alone. ... show more

Great mobility device. Mine is pink!

This was a winner when I recently traveled overseas. While it won't win my praise for comfort, it was good enough for the price, and allowed me to visit family, see some sights, and zip through the airport like a pilot. It can go fast enough to keep up with (or overtake) the fastest walker, which was nice, since no one had to wait or walk slowly for me. It maneuvers well, but going over cobblestones was quite uncomfortable due to its rudimentary suspension, which limited exploration a little. I do have some severe chronic pain conditions, though, so it may not be an issue for others. It folds so easily and quickly that I became an instant expert at it. I'm not able to lift it into the trunk of a car, but my SIL handled it fine. I'll probably buy a ramp for it so I can use it independently at home in the future. ... show more

Great Mileage & Customer service
Very happy with my scooter! I chose Blue. It was well-packed. *Make a note when you buy it, to have the Amazon driver bring it right to your door, because it is heavy. It would be perfect if it had a removable battery, but I won't dock it a star, bc I feel I'm reviewing what I bought, not what I could have chosen to buy. The Company, itself, deserves 5 stars. They called me the day it was delivered AND a week later, to make sure all was running okay, & if I had any questions. I took it to Disney Wolrld. As I said, it's a bit heavy so you need someone strong to lift it out of your vehicle. The seat comes off & folds & the handle collapses. The metal bumpers function great as lifting handles. The scooter advertises up to 13 miles of life, depending on how heavy you are & the terrain, like hills, etc. I'm not sure how many miles I logged, but I used it from 9am to 6pm before it reached the 2nd orange 'charge me' light. It comes with a good length charging cord, as well. It rides really well on grass, like a front yard or mowed soccer field, but struggles on choppy, uneven clumps of ground. It will go for hours at a museum, on sidewalks , a mall etc. Turning radius...well, it cannot do hairpin turns like the other brands with only 1 front wheel or a shorter carriage length. A slightly wider turn is suggested. Tippability? I've had zero issues with tipping when turning. (It has a couple of those extra smaller wheels to help prevent that, but I'm pretty careful as it is) I hope this helps someone who needs a scooter, but is on a tighter budget. ... show more

Such a great mobility scooter for my mom! Easy assembly, lightweight, and perfect for her to be able to enjoy everyday activities she was unable to before. And the purple color is perfection!
