The sofa arrived in a box that seemed too small to hold the sofa. Inside was something that looked like a large lump of clay. It was covered in multiple layers of plastic. The most inner layer was the large plastic used to shrink wrap the sofa with all cushions As soon as air is exposed, it started to grow. Pretty amazing. The sofa itself is larger than I expected, but the seating area is small as the armrests on both sides are very wide, taking up seating space. The back support is pretty non-existent so the sofa becomes sort of a recliner. I tried laying down but it was too small, even with the legs folded and the arm rest was not comfortable for the head to rest on. It is challenging to get up from the soft as it sink so low. I think for children or for younger people with knees in the best shape, this might be okay as long as you are under 5 feet. My cats love the sofa. They took over it. ... show more

This sofa bed is super heavy and very sturdy. It is nice and comfortable and easy to put up. Looks great in my living room. It is a great addition to my kid's little play area. It is perfect for my kids when they want to rest while watching tv.
