Description

Seal the surface of rubber playgrounds to halt granulation and extend the surface life with the Maxx Clear H20. Periodic surface maintenance is required for preserving and extending the life of poured-in-place surfacing and rubber running tracks. Playground surfacing is designed to absorb and dissipate energy created from a fall. The top wear layer holds and protects the shock-absorbing base layer. Coating and Repairing the top layer is important to maintain a safe playground surface integrity, protecting from falls and trips. Use on Rubber Playgrounds with poured-in-place surfacing or rubber running tracks. Maxx Clear H20 works to rebind the rubber granules to prevent further deterioration and safety hazards, while also restoring the color, keeping playground surfacing looking nice. Recommended to coat playground surfaces every couple of years. Coverage varies depending on the surface condition, with tighter surfacing having higher coverage rates per pail. Maxx Clear H2O is a clear coating that refurbishes and rejuvenates rubber playground surfaces. Apply with a roller or airless sprayer. Airless sprayer application reduces the time and labor required to apply Maxx Clear H20. Fast drying so there is minimal playground downtime with easy cleanup with soap and water from this water-based coating. Depending on surface condition, coverage can be up to 1,200* sq ft per pail. The better and tighter the surface the higher coverage rate per pail. Conversely, if the surface condition is poor coverage could drop to 500 sq ft per pail or less. Apply Maxx Clear H20 with either a roller or for a faster application, an airless sprayer. Liquid Maxx Clear H20 protects surface by rebinding the rubber granules to prevent further deterioration and safety hazards while restoring colors to the top layer. Clean up with soap and water. If more than granules are gone from the top layer and there is a visible uneven surface to the base layer, use Fast Patch to repair the top layer.
