Honestly, a pretty damn well made Electric Scooter. The brakes are soli, it comes to a complete short stop when lightly pressing the brake. The frame is sturdy, it charges well. It only struggles when going uphill, and even then it tries to climb at low speed, with weight. walking it isn't too much of a hassle, especially with the extra Modes. Speaking of which, have a Walking mode which Blinks the Headlight and tailight respectively for Nighttime drivers to see you. It can easily go 15MPH with someone who weighs 265 like myself, on flat ground with slight inclines. Downhill it can go up to 27 MPH, just be extremely careful of the Death Wobbles. The only issues I've had, were the Seat being very low effort in quality. Minor gripe that be can be fixed with buying another Seat. The App was completely different than the one they tell you to use in the Manual. It is called The Tuya app, and it works flawlessly. It gives the user a Locking mechanism, tracker, and alarm system in the case of potential theft. So if they try to drive away? Brakes are parked. They pick it up, and run with it? The bike goes nuts, beeping like crazy, and the tracker pings where it is, so police can easily recover it, like an apple Air tag. The app also allows you to adjust speeds for different user types. It doesn't really pack up too well, as it's foldability is very limited while the seat is attached. It can still fold "somewhat" but not at all conventional to carrying it as a "commuter" ride. All in all, it's a good, short few Miles Mobility scooter for me. Works well in my local area, which is only .7 miles from a Train track. Handles it smoothly, regardless of the Rugged terrain.

Funnest purchase I ever made! It was easy to assemble and the battery life better than expected. It was a perfect size and very easy to manage and ride smoothly. Only thing it doesn’t do is tell mileage. You can go everywhere and and not realize how fast you got there! So mush fun and a great product for riding around and camping! I bought 2 so I could enjoy with friends visiting.

This electric scooter is exactly what I am looking for. The public shuttle from my home to where I work has no direct line, and the nearest stop is around 2 miles to my workplace. I desperately need a convenient commute tool. This scooter is made of great material, does not need to have tires inflated from time to time, runs fast and smoothly, and the battery life is super long. When I arrive, I just fold it up and take it into my office or into the shuttle. The safety brake works really well, and the smart control app is a big plus. It even has a cruise control, and I feel I am flying like a bird sometimes. Could not expect more and strongly recommend!

Well putting it together it seem to be okay there aren't any good directions the pamphlet is really tiny almost need a magnifying glass to even read anything I have the addition with the seat the seat is uncomfortable as hell and it swivels you can't get the seat to lock in place if so maybe they should include a manual because there is no additional manual on how to even put the seat on you kind of have to just look at pictures online to figure it out either or I have it on but the seat does not sit still and it's soft until you actually apply pressure and then it's hard and it continuously swivels some of the welding on a bike could be a lot better this is my third Max shot the first one I received was pretty good gave it to my kids they enjoy it it doesn't have a seat the second one I received I have bought for a child which I don't recommend because it came or at least appear to come used and compared to the adult version the kid version is hella slow. I'm going to YouTube and see if there's a way to actually get this seat to stop moving otherwise it won't be utilized because again it actually hurts

It is very compact and lightweight. I bought it for my daily commute; it folds up neatly and can be tucked away in a corner, taking up absolutely no space. Charging it at home is also very convenient.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and the overall experience. The scooter stopped working after only a short time — it powers on, but the throttle does nothing and the wheels will not move, making it completely unusable. What made this situation worse was the lack of support. I have been going back and forth with the seller for weeks with no real solution. Instead of sending a replacement for a clearly defective product, they shipped replacement parts from overseas and expect me to perform technical repairs myself. That is unreasonable for an electric scooter that involves safety-related components. I rely on this scooter for daily transportation, and being left without a working product for this long is unacceptable. If a product arrives defective, customers should not have to wait weeks or fix it themselves just to get what they paid for. Buyers beware — if something goes wrong, do not expect a fast or customer-friendly resolution.
