I ordered two, very happy with them ! First got one, then liked it so much I ordered a second one for the wife :-) ... They seem very well built, and go together in minutes. Take it out of the box, four screws with the nice included hex driver, and you are ready to go. Mine came nearly fully charged, took a short ride, later topped them off with the included charger. Light enough to put in the car and carry around. I like the front and rear suspensions (yes they work well), the solid tires are nice with some hollow parts in the rubber to act as additional shock absorbers. Power is good, mine went up to 25mph no issues. Hill climbing not advisable unless you are a kid or a featherweight. You can ride it off with no app, just turn the thing on and go. Front light turns on and off also without the need for the app. The app can be useful if you want to reduce power (not me) or use cruise control (not me). The brake, one single disk brake on the rear wheel works well, no binding at all and it is gradual. Again, well made. Steering has left and right stoppers so you can't turn the front wheel at ninety degrees. Riding seem very safe and the thing is agile, absolutely no complaints so far. All in all an excellent product, five stars.

Really happy with this MAXSHOT Electric Scooter! Bought it for daily weekend rides with my kids. The ride quality is excellent — the 10” honeycomb solid tires + dual suspension absorb bumps very well, even on rough pavement. The 500W brushless motor has strong acceleration and tops out at 22 mph. Battery life is solid too; I consistently get 18–20 miles per charge. The LED display is clear and the app works great for checking speed, cruise control, and locking the scooter. I had some trouble connecting via Bluetooth at first. I contacted the seller and they replied very quickly with clear step-by-step instructions (including screenshots). They helped me fix the connection issue within minutes — outstanding customer service! The scooter feels well built, folds compactly, and has a 265 lb weight capacity. UL 2272 certification also gives me peace of mind on safety. Highly recommend for adults and teens who want a reliable, smart electric scooter with great support.

The scooter build quality seems ok and sturdy, and the appearance is what you'd expect for a scooter - most parts neatly tucked away, has a functioning stand, and can easily be folded (although I don't necessarily trust that clamp holding it together when folded up too much). My main issue with this one is that it's way underpowered - it definitely doesn't like hills of even just low incline and either slows down significantly (from top 35 km/h to 23 km/h or less), or it won't be able to make it at all and you'll have to push it up yourself. Those Lime scooters definitely have way more power than this one (including acceleration, and top speed)! I also don't trust the pretty weak brakes much, especially on a declining piece of road - they feel rather flimsy and don't slow you down fast enough if you don't plan ahead for a longer brake runway. The app setup is confusing - with the app in the manual not working at all and instead the seller reaches out (proactively) to recommend another one. Bluetooth pairing worked after the tenth attempt only. The manual control with the one button display is pretty bad and doesn't work at all, it gets confused between turn on/off, turn on/off lights, and the multi-press function to reach other settings has never worked for me at all, so you're reliant on the app to make settings changes. The range is OK but inconsistent - the app displays varying degrees of battery left for the same route, which makes me think the battery is just bad, or the app doesn't have a reliable algorithm to detect the remaining charge. An "estimated remaining range" indicator on the display would be nice (in miles or kilometers, not just battery level). For the price I would have expected more, including additional safety features such as stronger brakes, and indicator lights. You'll get scooters with similar power and range indicators for way less.

Excellent electric scooter! It was easy to assemble, rides smoothly, and has plenty of power for everyday commuting. The battery lasts a long time, and the brakes feel safe and responsive. It’s lightweight, easy to fold, and very convenient to transport or store.

This scooter is a great entry-level option. It gets you into the hobby of e scooting. I will say I was impressed with the build quality, considering the price. It really does go 22 mph. That is indeed true. The scooter would honestly be perfect if it had more deck space and if it suited my needs a little bit better overall this is a great commute scooter. Just don’t expect this scooter to get you long range or across town.

The scooter has a shake proof mechanism that makes rides on it smooth on side walks and paved roads, making it convenient for everyday use. I also like how portable it is since it can be folded and stored without taking up much space. It does not take up much space, making it convenient to keep in a garage, closet, or car. The Maxshot electric scooter has been a fantastic purchase for my daughter. She absolutely loves it and uses it regularly, and it has quickly become one of her favorite ways to get around and play outside. The build quality feels impressive and honestly rivals some of the more well-known name brands we’ve looked at. It feels sturdy and well-made, and we’ve had no issues with performance so far. This adult electric scooter is excellent in quality. I bought it for my wife to use as transportation during our independence day holiday trip to DC. After a full charge, it lasted a whole day of use around the National Mall area with battery to spare. It saved us a ton of energy, especially on those extremely hot days. It was truly a lifesaver.
