I was a little skeptical to buy this product at first because it's so cheap for all the features it says it has. Usually when something packs all these features and costs this little, either the features don't work well or there is some other set back. After I installed it and used it for a little, I am glad that I decided to give it a try. Pros: Price point is amazing Touch screen is super responsive Wireless airplay works like a charm The EQ app allows for robust customization (once you are able to locate it) Custom steering wheel control mapping (Steering wheel control adapter required) Sound quality and power output is nice Allows for lots of peripherals Cons: The screen isn't that bright or high res (you can read that in the product description if you are familiar with how resolutions work) The beeping from the volume control and other things is annoying and sounds like crap (you can turn it off in settings) The UI takes some getting used to Navigating to different settings isn't self explanatory (takes some digging) It's Android based....I had to put that in there 🤣 In summary, you can't really ask for much more from a unit that is $200. The media could not be loaded. This is my second purchase of an Android Auto unit for Carplay function. The first product from a different manufacturer had a critical issue under low light environments and unstable connectivity with Apple Carplay, so I had to return it. To avoid making the same mistake again, I searched diligently to find a product that would better suit my needs. After much research, I stumbled upon this unit, which met all my requirements. Below are the pros and cons based on my experience with its usage and installation. Pros: - The presence of a physical volume knob makes it easy to control the volume, even while using Carplay mode. - A pre-installed cooling fan on the back is a great feature, ensuring normal functioning even in hot weather conditions. The fan can be controlled in the settings with options for off, on, and auto mode. - Instant connection for Carplay is another advantage. Simply plug in the iPhone, and it automatically detects and runs Carplay. Unlike the first product I returned, there is no need to manually launch the Z-Link app; it starts working right away upon connection. (Note: I will test the Bluetooth connection for Carplay later and provide an update if any issues arise.) - The unit's solid metal body on the back is superior to the plastic body of the previously returned product, as it aids in heat dissipation. - The front USB ports are convenient, eliminating the need to reach behind the back panel for connections. - The guidebook provides a clear and detailed explanation for wiring, allowing me to successfully install the unit. Cons: - The beeping sound is rather cheap and noisy, especially when adjusting the volume knob or interacting with the screen. Fortunately, I can turn off the beep sound in the settings to avoid the annoyance. - The included metal brackets did not seem applicable to my Corolla S 2007. Instead, I used the original metal brackets from my car, but the screw holes on this unit did not align properly. To resolve this, I carefully ground the audio body with a drill to create a round dent, ensuring a perfect fit to the brackets. Although it required some effort, the audio unit now fits securely. Overall, I am satisfied with the fast and stable auto Carplay connection. If the beeping sound issue is improved, this product would undoubtedly earn a five-star rating from me. ... show more

I wanted a radio that had android auto, front AND rear camera inputs and a volume knob and sits flush in the dash. That limited me greatly. Most with these features did not sit flush and floats out from the dash. This is as easy to install as any car radio, so if you have any experience, shouldn't be a problem. Note that these Chinese Android head units are slightly wider than a standard double din here in the states, so a little shaving of your dash may be necessary to fit. The video quality is great, but what really impressed me the most was the sound quality. I installed it in a cheap car, a, 11 year old Nissan Versa with stock speakers. The DSP/Equalizer allowed me to dial it in perfectly. It sounds MUCH better than stock, and can honestly say it sounds GREAT. It has wireless android auto and CarPlay which is amazing at this price point. I thought it would be annoying with having to swipe down to get to the menu or switch between radio, AA or anything else, but its not bad. Mostly its just stays on AA which automatically comes on when you turn the car on and your phone connects. I did connect both a front and rear camera. Reverse comes on as it should when you put it in reverse. Front camera you have to swipe down for the menu and select Aux, which is quick enough to do. I also tested the build in navigation which we won't really use thanks to Android Auto but figured I'd try it, and it worked perfectly. The only knock I would say is the build in mic is not sufficient, so best to get yourself an external mic, and instructions are lacking. You have to go into the android menu to select your region or your clock settings (and I believe radio settings, its been a while since I did it) will be correct. You have to find this yourself and instructions are very basic and don't mention anything about this. Also found I had to find a setting in the android menu to switch to external mic, something you won't find in the manual either. Ultimately, wanted a low cost upgrade for my wife's car that we got as a cheap stop gap after she totaled her old car, since we can't get what she wants with manufacturing still an issue with car manufacturers I am considering getting this unit again for one of my cars, it was a great choice ... show more
