1. Use the provided micro-USB cable to charge your doorbell. 2. Please note that you should use a power source of 5V/1A or 5V/2A 3. Please recharge the doorbell camera for about 8 hours before your first use. 1. How many users can view the device at the same time? A: The owner account can share the device with up to 8 other accounts. Up to 3 users may view the video feed at once, but only 1 user can use the intercom. You can tap on "Share" to share the devices to your families. 2. Can this camera be used with a sd card without paying for any subscription for cloud? A: This camera does not support recording to an SD card. The videos will only be stored if you have a Cloud subscription service. 3. Can the doorbell camera connect to 5GHz Wi-Fi networks? A: No, this doorbell camera only connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please ensure when you have both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi network, each with a distinct name for a successful connection. (1) The doorbell camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please connect it to a 2.4GHz network. If your network has both 5G or 2.4G please connect it to the 2.4G one. (2) Double-check that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi name and password. (3) Verify the distance between the doorbell and the Wi-Fi router; the doorbell should be within 33 feet (10 meters) of the router. (4) Please enable Bluetooth on your phone, but you don't need to connect Bluetooth with the device, just ensure the Bluetooth is on.     • great battery life and decent little cameras for the price
i’ve had these cameras up and running for almost three weeks, one for my back door and one for my front. honestly, these were so cheap i didn’t expect much more than using them as a general deterrent, but they’re actually really nice cameras. they ship with about 50% battery life already charged and i charged one to about 80% and it has not needed to be charged since i got it three weeks ago. the back door camera faces a lot more movement so it died much quicker but honestly the battery life is incredible, video quality is good and sound quality is alright and it comes with a doorbell for inside your home. i like getting alerts on my phone, though you need the $30/ year subscription to view videos, it’s honestly worth it with how cheap these cameras are. i didn’t use the screws included, just the sticky adhesive and it’s held up really well with no issues. ... show more

Overall this has been a great device, affordable and reliable. I purchased this for my apartment door since we do not have internal doorbells and wanted to be able to know when someone was at my door. The hallway outside has motion sensor lights and when they're off the camera can still see the hallway with no issues. I charged the device when I first received it and the battery has only needed to be recharged once in 2 months, which I don't think is too bad. It was easy to set up and install, connected quickly to my home internet service. I did pay $30 for the annual subscription to be able to store videos, which is a small price to pay for the affordability of the device to begin with. It came with double stick tape or screws to adhere it to the wall or door, but I chose to use 3M Command velcro strips so I can take it on and off to charge and it won't leave any damage when I move. I would say the only downfall is that there have been times the recording didn't take place when I was anticipating to find a video. Requiring a subscription instead of being able to use an SD card, which isn't the worst or expensive thing honestly. The only other thing is the internal doorbell chime sound cannot be changed and the volume cannot be increased or reduced, and the chime is quite loud. For these things, I think 4/5 is fair, I would order this again for sure. ... show more

UPDATE: My original 5 star review is below. After having this camera for several weeks now I've lowered my review bc it freezes too much. I'm not using it as a doorbell camera but I don't like it for watching wildlife in my backyard. I have moved it three times and it's as close to my wifi tower as possible while still being outside but that doesn't help. I won't buy another one. IMPORTANT : I almost didn't get this due to the 2.4 wifi only compatibility. I knew I had 5g w Optimum wireless Internet but usually if you have a tower router you have both and this will pick it up without you having to separate the wifi frequencies. I didn't know that for sure, but I have a petcam that works on 2.4 so I took a chance on this and glad I did! I didn't buy it for a doorbell, I bought it for a backyard camera to monitor wildlife since it's weather proof. I feed stray cats but don't want possums or raccoons vacuuming up all the food at night! So I plan on mounting it onto my fence for full view of yard so I know what is going on out there! Best advice is to save frustration and download the AIWIT Camera app for phone (mines Android) AFTER you follow the instructions included to set up and register the camera. The suggested Camtro App I got first kept asking that I subscribe and it would not go into viewing mode without it. I only want live viewing vs cloud storage so I finally found the user manual and got AIWIT and now the camera works for viewing only!! If you want a subscription it has a couple of selections for around $30 a month. Overall it took a little time to figure everything out bc I didn't want a subscription but otherwise this seems like it's going to be a great low cost alternative to the name brands. It has many settings for motion detection sensitivity, parameters and sound volume. Comes with charger cord and outlet chime that plugs into the wall, and the doorbell and two way speaker works great if needed. ... show more

I put it on my front door, it is stopped two burglaries. It lets you view who's at your door, view past motion detection and it rings if there's someone at your door. Honestly, I live in a bad part of town and it's helped me stop two people from breaking in. Great product would buy again Oh and the battery lasts to super long time, great value and worth it. ive never had any other doorbell cameras so i dont really have anything to compare it to but it works good enough for me! - battery life doesnt seem to bad so far but my camera is at my backdoor so it doesnt seem as much of the road, i suspect the battery would drain faster if it was pointed at a busy area. i used only the double sided tape to secure the doorbell to my house (i rent so i cant make holes) and so far its staying! - camera quality goes up and down but overall i can identify ppls faces, the doorbell plug in inside is cool and works fine. settings like to change by themselves ...... i have the $30/yr subscription and its good, idk what the advantages would be of the other ones good enough for me to consider buying another one for my front door ... show more
