Works like a hot damn, I've already put a tonne if branches through it ( even an old shovel handle )it can clog up if you put too wet of branches through it ( fresh willow bungs it up a bit ) but, it's easy to clean out and inspect. I don't use the collection bin it came with, I mounted it onto my yard trailer. That small bin filled up too quickly is all.

Every time I cleaned up the yard, I’d end up with a big pile of branches. Some went to the fireplace, but most just sat behind the porch bushes for months. At the same time, I was buying bags of mulch for the trees out front. I finally got this mulcher, and it got rid of that pile in just one afternoon. I thought it might slow down or overheat, but it powered through nonstop. Now I’ve got free mulch, no ugly branch pile, and no worries about store-bought mulch bringing in pests. Way easier (and more fun) than I expected.

The media could not be loaded. I’m really glad I picked up this chopper. My yard always piles up with sticks and branches, and this machine has made cleanup way easier. It handles branches up to about 1.8 inches without any problem, and the mulch it produces is surprisingly fine. I’ve been reusing it around my garden beds, which feels so much better than just tossing everything into bags. The 15:1 reduction ratio really cuts down the bulk too, which saves me a lot of space. The 50L collecting bin is super convenient because it keeps everything neat and reduces mess. I also love that it’s electric—no gas, no fumes, and it’s quieter than I expected. I can plug it in, get the job done, and not worry about disturbing the neighbors. Assembly was quick, and the unit doesn’t take up much room in my garage. It feels safe and sturdy during use, and I never feel like I’m struggling with it. Overall, this chipper has turned yard cleanup into a much simpler task. If you’ve got branches, trimmings, or garden waste piling up, this is absolutely worth it.

Noisy but I knew that when I ordered it. You kind of get used to it. As the instructions says don’t run it when your neighbor is trying to take a nap. It great on small sticks

These 15 amp electric chippers are all basically the same, so I'm not singling out this particular one. For me, it went and filled 3 baskets. After that, it would cut almost nothing, unless the stick was dead straight and/or ready to decompose on its own. The company Maxlander asked me to send them a video. I did, showing that it wouldn't cut anything, even though the blades looked good and the motor ran fine. Not a word from them since. It's been a week, and I returned this chipper today.
