It replaces the last one I had since 2013. It had failed. I installed it myself, just make sure to use thread seal tape.🙄

Worked perfectly, drop in replacement for my last replacement. Hopefully this one will last a while, the quality has been slowly declining over the last few I've bought. Too early to say anything about this one.

I find they need to be replaced every 5-7 years. The bladder in these tanks deteriorates after about 5 years. The price is great.

    • Said it was new, it is used.
Container was dented on the top and hair from the previous owner was on top of the tank Contacted seller, they said dent doesn't impact the performance. They said nothing about the hair on the top of the tank. They told me I bought it from a sidebar, I simply clicked "Buy It Now". They also stated I should have known by the price, I put in the model number and searched. Guess next time I will go to Lowes or Home Depot instead of using this vendor. Be wary! ... show more
