I purchased 2 bar stools. After assembling them I placed them at my kitchen island. I quickly realized that I probably should have gotten shorter stools if we were going to use them to eat at the island. I went back online and realized after some investigating that the same stools came in the form of counter stools. I emailed the manufacturer to see about getting some shorter legs. Eri emailed back the next day saying there were various avenues to accomplish my objective and included a cell number should I wish to discuss which was best. I called and he told me I was not the first person to have this issue and so he had on order sets of legs and when they arrived he would send me 2 sets of the 4 shorter legs. I inquired as to payment and he said they were his treat. He is one of the cofounders of this small company. To say I was overwhelmed is an understatement. So besides his generosity his stools are of exceptional quality,appearance, and comfort. Buy them! ... show more

These stools are a step above anything else we have seen. They are sturdy, well padded, and generally striking. We had an issue where one of the legs was for the counter top version, so we reached out to the seller and Eri was very helpful.
