While these chair/stools are nice and well made they may not match one another. If you are putting more than one in your home like at a breakfast bar be aware that they may not exactly match. The back rest on one of them is at least 1/2 inch larger than its mate and the rivets are spaced farther apart. Its not drastic but it is noticeable. For the price of the stool I would have expected better consistency. I contacted customer service and they were no help at all. And basically said I could return at my expense and they could send another. I was planning on buying more stools from this company for another area of our home but will not do that now as I do not trust that the products will be comparable to each other. Very Disappointing. UPDATE 8/5/23 - after calling customer service and talking to a REAL person they will be replacing the odd chair for me! Sending out another (hopefully it will match) The Customer Service rep was VERY helpful and so far fully resolved my issue. Fingers crossed the chairs will now match. ... show more

I love the stools, they are very nice. What I hate is that they were packed in styrofoam and in transport some of the styrofoam breaks off into little pieces and gets stuck to the swivel mechanism and if it isn’t noticed and removed it will gum up the swivel motion. Unfortunately while using a nylon brush to remove the little static cling styrofoam balls I couldn’t help but remove some of the lubricant. So I imagine it will shorten the life of the stools ability to swivel. Both chairs were packed with that awful styrofoam. Otherwise i would have given 5 stars. Bubble wrap would have been a better packaging solution. One chair came with instructions for installing the seat the other did not. Very easy to assemble. ... show more

These chairs are substantial, sturdy, very good quality. I was hoping the color leaned to a beige or almond sand, but the color is more of a grey sand which looks like a hint of green against the warm off white in kitchen. They swivel easily. Super easy to assemble. Really comfortable!

Such easy assembly! No legs to screw together! Base came perfectly packaged with 4 screws to attach the swivel seat. Really sturdy, comfy and attractive! I ordered 2 other sets of different stools and returned them all. So glad I found these. You won’t regret this purchase

THESE CHAIRS ARE DEFINETLY SPRAYED WITH SOME TYPE OF FORMALDEHYDE OR FLAME RETARDENT CHEMICALS .
