Interestingly, these are not wood. They are a very hard plastic or resin material. It is hard and sturdy and a very realistic material. I don't mind at all as I believe these are going to last better than wood will. The construction is well designed and the directions are good. Just be sure you have the correct legs in place and that the two sets are on opposite corners or your horizontal pieces will be crooked as some reviewers have highlighted.

These barstools are so comfortable and very stylish. For a total of 4 barstools this is such a great deal. I recommend these to everyone I know. So much better than ones in the store that are overpriced and not the best quality.

The stools don’t look exactly like the photo. The upholstered seats are more gray than cream. They were very easy to put together by one person. They are wide and comfortable. The fabric is easy to clean.

Love these stools!! Look great, sturdy and easy assembly though one screw did strip out so I went and bought one slightly bigger and it worked great. May have been my fault for over tightening it during assembly.

We purchased 4 bar stools. They are well made and easy to install. It requires putting on the legs with screws and placing cross members on the legs with glue and screws. The cross members and legs are cut in a fashion to easily put them together. The problem encountered is two of the bar stools came with the legs cut with holes in wrong position for the cross members. It causes the cross members to be angled and not fit compared to the ones that were cut properly. Terrific customer service! Our concern was addressed immediately and we are happy with the outcome. Would definitely buy from them again.

Bought 4 barstools and 2 of them have a defect in the product. The bars are crooked and do not line up like the other 2 stools. Very disappointed. Other than that they are comfy and good quality. I will be looking to get a replacement for the 2 that are defects.
