I really like the faucet - easy to install and works well. The only reason it lost 1 star is because the copper color tends to discolor some if you donโ€™t keep it clean and dry. As is the case with any polished metal, they spot easily. This was no surprise to me as I expected it. UPDATE Oct 2022: Purchased Jan 2020. Per the information for this product, we are required to email [email protected]. I did. In March 2022. Still waiting. Still crickets. I've knocked off 2 stars because the company puts barriers in your way when you want them to make good on their promised warranty. I had to resort to searching online and found the company's website I then finally found the email address for warranty coverage. I'll send another email, but I doubt I'll be buying a 2nd faucet bc I no longer trust the company to honor their warranty, respond to emails, and to make contacting the company easier rather than difficult. In addition, the question section for this product, the Rulia representative responded said we should look in the user manual for the email address. Of course EVERYONE keeps their manuals after installing the product. Right. So then I had to ask for a copy of the manual so looked up the specific email address to use for warranty support. Turned out to be the same one I had already sent an email to 7 months prior. I LOVE this faucet! I Installed it myself about 2 years ago and have been grateful EVERY DAY bc the previous faucet was low to the sink and didn't swivel as easily as this one. The metal cleans up nicely. The control for the water flow is easy to control. You can also choose whether to position to the side or in front. I repositioned to the front because water pooled underneath handle from dripping wet hands. Spray stays on even when you turn it off (annoys me to have to reset to spray function). I'll occasionally clean the aerator with an old toothbrush and some vinegar to make sure the water sprays correctly (there'll always be sediment or calcium buildup). Good strong weight attached to hose to reseat the head. Because it's so easy to use and keep clean, I'm considering purchasing a second one for our basement apartment even though there's no problem with the one that's there. Similar faucets are much more expensive. This is an outstanding buy. ... show more

This faucet was purchased for the sink in our laundry room. My husband is a plumber and was pleasantly surprised with this faucet. It was easy to install and has a nice matte black finish. This faucet looks very similar to my delta faucet in my kitchen which was 6x the price.

Like other reviews mentioned, the color is more Copper/ Bronze and not a Rose Gold tone at all. I have attached a picture of all my Rose Gold sink accessories that are actually Rose Gold for color difference between the faucet's tone & Rose Gold items. If you want exact color match to Rose Gold, this product will disappoint you. I am fine with the color difference against my Rose Gold kitchen items and can live with it. It still looks beautiful. For the retractable feature of the spray hose, this would not work smoothly if you have your sink pipes in the way of the black weight to not free fall (arrow pointing of black hose line under the sink) to pull the faucet spray hose back in place if the faucet is not on. When the faucet is not turned on (no water is coming out), then the hose will not be retractable for the black hose weight to pull (retract) the hose and you would need to manually put the hose back in place. The spray hose will retract by itself if you have the faucet still running. ... show more
