Just as advertised! Works great for transporting poles that are set up, especially with kids and dogs. We don’t have any issues with them grabbing lures, hooks or any accidents. Definitely easy to use, provides a level of safety/protection and the size is appropriate.

These are good , only minor suggestion I would like to see is sets of 4 large also , instead of the 2 large and one jumbo . I do like the 4 medium (although I was short change on a set ) Next change would be nice is if the hook is more like a carabiner, where you can just clip it on to your pack or belt (right now I’ve just been putting them in my pocket when I use the lure )!

I can not explain how many times I get the trouble-hooks on my crankbaits and rooster-tails snagged on my other poles when driving to the boat ramp, snagged on the webbing on my tackle bags whenever trying to carry too may items in one hand walking to the water. These New KastKing Bait Kapsule work great to solve this issue. I got the small and the mediums, and they work great. Now I need to get the large ones for my topwater. Easy to use, snap on snap off.

In the past i have always used the Velcro wraps and for the most part they worked but i still had issues with the lure banging against the rod blank and sliding up and down the rod. These bait capsules keep the lure and hooks off the blank. it has a plastic hook to secure to the reel. The hook is just big enough to slip over a 3000 series spinning reel stem. Some of the larger reels you may not be able to secure it to them. Baitcasters should be fine. I was a little skeptical about the hinges but they are designed with a plastic hinge pin instead of just a flexed piece of plastic so they should hold up pretty well. The Large capsule works well for the 110 style Jerkbaits and most under 10' diving crankbaits. You could go with the medium for many of the regular size crankbaits but i have not tried it. I purchased the large and Jumbo Kapsules.

I ordered these to replace the vinyl and velcro sleeves I have previously purchased from kastking. They are a little more cumbersome than the simple bait envelopes however there is no way for the hooks to pierce these tanks! 🎣🛡️ #FishingGear #HookProtection #TackleStorage

I love using these things, especially since I'm not stationary when fishing. Right now, going to stripers and these guys make it easy to walk along the river bank and not worry about the lure coming loose and snagging on something. We've all had it happen, where the hook snags on a branch or your clothes and then you have to spend time aggravating over the situation, instead of spending time trying to catch a fish. I saw the measurements posted in the listing, but took my own, since they're only listing the external dimensions. I was able to fit an S-Waver 168 in the jumbo size one and the large one can fit something fairly decent. Anyway, the internal length of the jumbo falls in around 175 mm and the large around 133 mm.
