This is a pump spray and it is easy to use. Only thing you really need to keep in mind is that you're supposed to avoid spraying on your scalp. I spray it on the midlengths and ends of my hair after towel drying. I brush it through and I can immediately feel the difference in my hair. It's silky and makes my hair tangle free. I use this when I'm leaving my hair naturally curly and when I'm straightening my hair. I'm able to layer other hair product on top of this when I'm doing it curly without it weighing down my hair. This leave in conditioner also contains a heat protectant which is one less product I need to use so it has my hair primed for diffusing or blowing it out straight.

This leave-in conditioner adds a nice shine and helps protect hair from heat without feeling heavy or greasy. The glycolic acid and rosehip oil make hair feel smooth and hydrated, especially for color-treated hair. It smells great, too! However, if you have very dry or coarse hair, you might need something more hydrating. Overall, a good option for adding shine and protection.

Have thick, curly hair - leave in conditioner leaves hair moisturized and bouncy. Really like the feel of it - the smell, like some folks have said here, a bit salon-ish? Despite that, I liked it.

Easy to apply with its built in spray pump. Generously sized bottle. I used it in my air dried hair and noticed my hair was a bit sleeker and smoother but not a dramatic difference. Light fragrance.

I always have trouble walking the line between shiny hair and oily hair. I usually avoid using lots of products because my hair gets oily easily and I often hate the way products make my hair look. But I started using Matrix's Miracle Creator a couple months ago to combat the serious tangles in my hair and I ended up falling in love with it, so I was very excited to try this new-to-me product. And it's another winner for me! It really does give my hair a shiny glow unlike I've seen with any other product. And it doesn't feel heavy or icky at all; it actually doesn't feel like I have any product in my hair. And it doesn't feel oily either. I've been alternating using this and the. Miracle Creator as I like the shine this gives me better and I find that after using Miracle Creator for some time, my hair is naturally smoother and I don't need to use it for snarls as much. I definitely recommend this spray for shiny hair!

My review is for the Matrix Glow Mania Glow Gatekeeper Glow Sealing Leave In Conditioner - Heat Protects and Adds Shine, Glycolic Acid & Rosehip Oil, For Dull & Color-Treated Hair, 8.5 Fl Oz It has a nice scent, important for me and a old standby Matrix feature (I grew up using almost solely Matrix hair product lines). Mine has a lid that doesn't fit...just falls off repeatedly. But, it needs a lid since if it's in a bag, it'll easily leak w/out that in place -- bummer. As far as product benefits, I really don't notice much improvement in my hair look after using it. But, I will keep using it since it smells nice. I have quite sensitive skin, and so I'm generally cautious when trying new products like this (though not severe enough that I first patch test). I'm happy to report that I did not experience any redness or irritation during or after using this. Bottom line: I would be unlikely to purchase again.

I got great results using this Glow Mania Glow Gatekeeper leave-in conditioner from Matrix. I have medium-thick, long, untreated but damaged hair, and the leave-in conditioner did a great job smoothing out the unruly parts, taming frizz and giving my hair a nice glow/satiny finish. I also like that it doubles as a heat protectant spray. One thing I really didn’t like was the smell. It reminded me of an old-school mud mask my mother used to use decades ago when I was spritzing it on, and then afterwards, the smell on my hair was…fishy. Yeah, fishy! And the smell doesn’t go away, either. It’s probably coming from the rosehip oil, but I find it very unpleasant, especially since I have a sensitive nose. I also found the $25 price on the high end, but if you don’t mind splurging on quality product, then it’s worth it. But, that’s only if you can stand the smell!
