Great product, so sad it's been discontinued! Packaging for shipping was not so great, though. The top of the pump on one bottle was snapped clean off when I opened the single layer of bubble wrap. Thankfully there was no leaking, so I'll just decant it into my old bottle.

I love this product! I ordered 2 of them to keep a stock of them and not run out. Unfortunately one arrived with a pin hole on the side of the bottom of the bottle and leaked out over halfway before I noticed.

The bottle came in super banged up, but it still works even if the pump is a little messed up. The smell is faint but present and very nice. Tried this because of tiktok recs since i always airdry my hair and my hair feels much less frizzy and soft after only two uses (lets hope it stays this way!). Doesnt make it feel greasy or weighed down at all, so i am very happy.

This product works well and smells nice. A lot of product was lost inside the box. The shipping box was not damaged. The metal bottle must have been punctured prior to being prepared for shipment. I would like to get a replacement item but I do not want to prepare the damaged item to be shipped back. Hopefully, i will at least get a few uses of it.

I got the Lazy Jane Air Dry Conditioner. It works fine, meaning my hair is soft and not very frizzy, but not any better than other similarly priced conditioners. However the scent is awful. It's like an old man's aftershave, which in itself is ok, but I don't want my hair to smell like my grandpa or my uncles. And it lingers where even after I put in other products to cover the smell, I can still smell it the next day. I've given it a few tries, but I'm going to just toss the rest of the bottle. I've had other products from this brand that smell fine, but I just can't take this one.

I was excited to try but disappointed. So I have thin, fine, and oil scalp. This did not get my hair clean. The shampoo felt like it weighed my hair down. I let me hair air dry and using this just made my hair feel dirty.
