I like the product but both bottles of shampoo and conditioner that I purchased arrived with broken caps. They need some more protection while shipping, it has made it very difficult to use the product and I have to unscrew the cap entirely to be able to use it.

I was excited to try but disappointed. So I have thin, fine, and oil scalp. This did not get my hair clean. The shampoo felt like it weighed my hair down. I let me hair air dry and using this just made my hair feel dirty.
