I like this chair. It is a huge improvement over the previous. It came as a heavy brick in a box but It puffed up very quickly and I was sitting in it within an hour. It feels comfortable and ergonomically accurate. I added a small pillow behind the lower back. The head rest has a 2 inch velcro strip on the piece of fabric that goes over the back of the chair and a 2 inch strip of velcro sewn onto the back of the chair. That means that the headrest is either locked into only one position or removable. The manufacturer should have thought that through a little bit. If the fabric flap that goes over the back of the chair was covered completely with velcro then it would have provided a tremendous amount of adjustment options. The position that it is stuck in is definitely not where I want it. Over all I like the chair and I will figure out a way to get the head rest to stay stationary where I want it to be. ... show more

There was no noticeable odor, which was a pleasant surprise. It has quickly become my favorite chair. Love this! It’s firm and cozy and actually supportive! It’s low to the ground (hence 4 instead of 5) if getting up from the ground is hard it can be hard to get up out of even as someone in her 30s. It only is about a foot off the ground.

I bought four of these for a laid-back, chill reading area. They are definitely low to the ground. I was extremely skeptical when I took them out of the box and they were deformed and deflated. The chair and footstool came back into shape, but the headrest never did and looks like it was run over by a Mac truck. I don't know how these will hold up over time, So on the topic of durability, I have no idea. As far as concept, and the way they feel, these are totally comfortable and fun to sit in. I am impressed with the product and if they stand up, over time will probably buy more! ... show more
