I introduced my mom to the electric pressure cooker and I created a monster. Of course she wants to make everything in it, first test was crucial; beans. The machine said 40 minutes on High temp. She flipped because her old used to cook them in 14. So we put them in Soup mode because of the water amount and added 15 minutes. The water was consumed and the beans were half cooked. She wasn’t happy. So I added more water and added 15 minutes on Porridge mode and problem solved. It has enough options to cook, super convenient. Next test is beef soup. We need to test the beans as recommended. The machine looks nice, study not noisy when cooking. I bought it during prime so the cost was nice too! Fist time buying Master Chef brand. I will update later, my mom for sure will tell what’s wrong with it. ... show more

I use the pressure cooker for everything! Saves me lots of time in the kitchen. Roasts come out cooked moist. You can cook many different things in the pot.

It have Been 6 months since I bought this cooker and it is broken. It doesn’t want mark the time and it doesn’t start cooking. Since the first day the back cable is loose which frequently disconnects the cooker I am very disappointed Since.!!!! I do not recommend it!!!! You are going to waste your money. ... show more
