My initial canopy held up nicely for two years thru Hot Summers and Windy Rainy and Snowy winters. Once the canopy cover failed I started looking for a replacement cover. And Master Canopy had the part I needed at a very reasonable price. I checked Amazon for the replacement cover, and found one I thought would work and ordered it. After contacting Master Canopy I was told that cover would not fit my frame. When the first cover arrived I returned it to Amazon, as I had already ordered the right cover, I have to say this company is making dealing with customer service GREAT AGAIN! From the very first contact these folks were right there ready to help. They confirmed that the first product I ordered wouldn't fit my application and gave me the correct information to order the right product. Sure I was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks to receive the item ordered. They were in contact with me several times were very polite and accommodating wanting to make sure I knew where the product was in the process. And to top it off instead of 2 - 3 weeks, it arrived here after one week. Coming from China that was amazing to say the least.

Was very skeptical at first but it truly is amazing. Felt and looked way bigger than I had anticipated. The side wall only connects with velcro straps and you can't leave it on when you find the tent back up. Was super easy to sell up and wasn't too heavy rolling around. It really is worth the price.

We recently purchased the Mastercanopy Duralast pop up tent, and we must say that we are extremely satisfied with this purchase and it was great to see that it arrived in a timely manner. Setting up this tent was incredibly easy to set up, the instructions were clear, and the whole process took us just a few minutes. Easy to disassemble and pack back into the roller bag. The canopy is made of durable material which gives us confidence that it will last a long time. It provides excellent shade from the sun which we love the protection it offers, allowing us to enjoy outdoor activities without worrying about getting sunburn or overheating. We love the standout top ventilation feature design that allows for air to circulate effectively, keeping the interior cool and comfortable even on hot days. This is an awesome great feature, as it prevents the tent from becoming stuffy or humid. The frame of the tent is sturdy, providing a solid and stable structure. We feel confident that the tent will withstand various weather conditions, including wind and rain. The overall built quality of this tent is very impressive. Finally the Mastercanopy Duralast pop up tent is a fantastic product and we highly recommend this tent for anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality pop up tent. VERY EASY to set up by myself... as soon as I realized that the red center knob itself slides up and down to lock/unlock. Slapping on the bottom like I did for 10 minutes does not work at all. I purchased this for camping for shade and protection from light rain and I can't speak to that yet though it seems fairly sturdy. The reason why I can't give a five star review is that the pictures and description shows two drain holes on each side of the canopy. That's part of the reason why I bought this brand. I thought it would protect from catastrophic failure due to rain not running off properly. But mine don't have any.

Updated with response from seller regarding why this is not waterproof in the rain: "As for the leaking issue. We have double confirmed the issue with our factory. She told us, the fabric is waterpoof, but the reason why it leaks is that the waterproof pressure of this fabric is not enough due to the rain for a long time, we recommend that you do not use it for a long time under rain or other inclement weather." To be clear, we did not incur heavy rain, just a nice steady summer rain....but we all got soaked. SOAKED At first I just put a simple review of "leaks and poor quality." But after trying to get a refund after returning this item, I feel I need to write a bit more to warn other buyers. So we purchased this canopy to replace our old one. (That one had held up for about 18 years. Amazing quality there. ) My husband and I looked at a lot of reviews and chose this one. We use it for craft shows, swim meets, etc. We needed this now for craft shows, got it and set it up, and let me tell you.....wow....boy, did it leak. First, it leaks from all of the "heat sealed" seams. Rain came through - not a storm, but a good steady rain. No high winds. We were soaked, and we lost some art products that we had hand painted because they got wet. Our signage was soaked and got destroyed. We ran and found some clear plastic and tried to salvage what we could. Second, they added "drain holes" around the edges of the canopy yet it is described on the listing as "100% water resistant." Nope. So the seams all leak and they added holes around the edges so you can't find a dry spot to stand. Third, the canopy fabric is supposed to be lined silver and help with the sun. Nope to that too. It's very thin material, is not lined, and it doesn't help with the sun's hot rays. This would not be good for the summer or a swim meet. Fourth, the canopy attaches to the frame with very thin,cheap strips of Velcro. Some of these were not sewn well and ripped off the canopy when trying to open them for install. So the Velcro sticks to itself but rips right off the canopy fabric. Also, please note that the metal frame is a thin metal, poor quality. I will say it did set up easily with the single button in the center. I did like that idea. Lastly, I have returned the item and received the UPS tracking number. I have been in touch via email through Amazon with Master Canopy and they still have yet to process a refund. Sorry for the long review. Mine are usually short and sweet and usually praises for what I purchase. This was a horrible experience and this is a poor quality product.

Absolutely love this product! It is Ty e first one that I have owned and. Was looking for a few specific features-extra wall panel, tilt options, easy set up, and wheeled bag. This had everything that I was looking for so I purchased it. I had never set one up alone and I started setting this up and was not sure what I was doing. A friend saw me struggling and offered to help, although she said she had never set one up either. The two of us were able to figure it out in a couple of minutes with no instructions. But being a rookie, I did not think I had to stake it down or tie it since it was not windy. I turned my back and my canopy flew away. Luckily a fence stopped it after a few tumbles. I was expecting damage, but there was none. Some veterans helped me turn it upright and told me that I should always stake it and tie it to be safe. Good to know. Was easy to put up a side wall and tear down. I have since set it up and tore it down multiple times by myself and I am still amazed at how easily one person can set this up. Packing it up alone takes a little figuring out, but once I learned the trick of how to walk the legs in, it is almost as easy as setting up. Would highly recommend this to anyone in the market for a canopy!

I bought this canopy over 4 years ago and use it in the mountains of Colorado 6-8 weeks a year. I properly secure it to handle the impromptu crazy winds and it’s held up well! The last trip destroyed my friend’s brand new canopy and one of my anchoring loops started to tear. They are on their third canopy since I bought this one and we secure them about the same and in the same general area. I think 4 years of abuse by the wind and the sun (the blue is faded a bit) have finally caught up with it. The frame is in great condition but it’s about time for a new top. I’d definitely buy another if I was looking for a replacement. Master Canopy, which top is the correct replacement for this model? Thanks!
