I bought this in October, put it together in December, by myself as a 5'6 female and had NO PROBLEMS! The instructions were clear and concise, the parts fit perfect and I have essentially LIVED in this canopy tent since I put it up. It's been my saving grace for relaxation and just enjoying the outside. Until... last month I had a tornado rip through my backyard. It picked it up and threw it into my house. I was unable to assess the damage until tonight, March. I have no idea how to fix it. Pieces are bent and broke and I have cried so hard. I have no idea how to order replacement parts. The canopy top itself is perfectly intact. The metal bars and two of the legs however, have met their match. I am absolutely devastated because I have RAVED about this product, but I cannot afford to buy another one, as this was what I had worked MONTHS of overtime to be able to afford. I cannot find a way to get in contact with anyone to see if I can buy replacement parts of the frame, because again the canopy top remained PERFECT!! I cannot speak enough good about this canopy, but I am beyond devastated that I cannot fix this myself. It just doesn't make sense for it to be a total loss when the canopy itself is in PERFECT condition!

Good easy set up. The grommet holes in the top mean that it leaks a bit of water inside when it rains, and the screen plastic clips are rather annoying and cheap. In fact the screens themselves are rather cheap, lower quality than the rest of it.

I purchased this a year ago. Super easy to put up and was a great spot on my deck to hang out bug and and sun free. Unfortunately it did not hold up to the New England winter and collapsed early spring after a windstorm. I had it secured well to the deck, the metal actually bent and collapsed. I looked into purchasing a heavier, more sturdy model but this would require reinforcement of my old deck, much more difficult transport and assembly, and quite a bit more expense. I decided for ~$200, this model is worth the price even if it doesn’t hold up so I bought it again. I put it in a less windy location this time and plan to take it down for the winter so hopefully we’ll get a few years out of it this time.

It looked really nice, but it very tall. I bought this over the summer to put over our new patio being built. We finally put it up in August and it is really tall. We live in Houston and it gets windy around October, but nothing too crazy. Somehow the wind was able to pick it up out of the ground and it flew over my trampoline and roof. Wild since it hasn’t stormed in awhile. We barely got to enjoy it before this since it is now broken.

This is our second canopy in 5 years. The first one was easy to install and provided shady area free of mosquitoes. But the netting was not very good quality. This one is much better and I would highly recommend it. It went up easy with a heavy duty frame and is very stable. I like the bonus of the sandbags to hold down the four legs. The nettings seem much stronger on this gazebo.
