  • We loved it at first....
Size: 10x10 Color: Black
I was skeptical at first but when it came in my husband was so happy and doesn't get impressed easily he loves that it was heavy duty , thick heavy poles that are sturdy and not easily to be bent or broken like our last one . It's alittle heavy for me to do all alone but I'm petite so it's OK best thing is it's worth the money Update: the bag started to break after 1 use or 2 and the top pole connector started to break one by one and I always have it stored and use it through soccer season very upset it didn't even last a year before I'm needing to buy a new one ... show more

  • Good quality & Easy setup
Size: 6.6x6.6 Color: White
I needed shade for some new plants which were getting too much summer sun for their small root ball. I also needed a small canopy. So, I decided to get the 6' x 6' canopy. After researching many canopy tents, I bought the Master Canopy (which was 6.6' x 6.6' feet). It arrived on time and was well packaged. It weighed about 29 pounds. It came in its own zippered case with wheels & handles built-in for easy transporting. I opened it and took everything out. The instructions were on the case (so I cannot lose them), although this is easy enough that you will not need the instructions after setting it up the first time. After watching the video's (here & You Tube), I set it up. I opened the frame part way, I then put the tent cover over the frame and then continued to open the frame fully. You can select 3 different heights by moving the tent up and down the poles by the lock holes to make the tent even or, if you prefer, can tilt the top (where one side is lower than the other side is higher). This Canopy Tent includes all the stakes & rope tie-downs you need to anchor the Canopy. However, I knew I wanted to sometimes put this up on a concrete patio (where I could not use stakes/ropes). I have a windy space but the canopy did not move in 20 mph wind with no anchors at all. The built-in roof vent helped, no doubt. Still, we get gusts much higher, so I added 80 pounds of weights, or 20 pounds at each corner. The weights I used were US Weight Tailgater Canopy Weights Set of 4 with two sets. Each weight is 10 pounds. With two sets I got a carry strap with each set and carried 40 pounds with 20 pounds on each side of my body. Then repeat for the second set. I wasn't strong enough to carry 80 pounds at one time. The weight fit the Master Canopy legs perfectly. My baby plants are well shaded now. I can also adjust the position of the Canopy as the sun changes elevation through the year, although I plan to take down the Canopy once the weather cools off. I'm very happy with the ease and quality of this Canopy and recommend it. P.S. In the photo, there is one plant in the sun, a dwarf Orange Tree which needs full sun. Shaded plants include a Gardenia and Heavenly Bamboo. In case you are wondering why there is new fence behind the tent, last Winter our 40+ foot Cedar tree fell on our neighbors house, taking out our fence and landscaping. Thus, another chapter of "Adventures in gardening". ... show more

  • My second one
Size: 10x10 Color: White
I ordered a second Mastercanopy 10 x 10 pop-up as I sell at trade and craft shadows and now use 2 spaces instead of one. So I didn't hesitate to order another one of these canopies. They are the easiest to set up and take down as well and get back into the bag. I do the set up and tear down by myself and I am a woman almost 64 years old. The center mechanism is the best design ever. I don't need a ladder or even a step stool. Anyone wanting a great canopy, this should be your choice! I love it, them..both of them! ... show more

  • Fine quality, but lower legs are skinnier than photo.
Size: 10x10 Color: White
I bought this for the sturdy looking legs. They are sturdy up high, but pretty skinny at the bottom. Not as thick as they appear in the advertising photos. It worked, but if it was windy, I wouldn’t like the amount of flex. Assembly was easy. Six foot tall under, so they should give 4 more inches for tall people. One ceiling strut wanted to hyperextend, but you can push it back. Concerned it may wear out after a few uses. Probably worth the money, but not a huge value considering. The spring pins worked very well, but I suggest they add a hole in the collapsed position so it would be easier to fold up, one leg at a time. ... show more

  • Saved your money here, not a quality canopy
Size: 10x10 Color: Black
I purchased a 10 x 10 canopy in July 2021, and along with (2) nylon shade sidewalls the final cost was in excess of $225. This canopy had been in the carrying case the entire time in a garage. On only the 4th time every using it, as (3) of us pulled it diagonally to raise it up we heard a "pop". One of the corner braces off the main diagonal truss simply broke loose from its connection. I looked at the damage, and figured I could rig something to fix the problem later. At the end of the day, as we attempted to collapse the canopy, and placing reasonable pressure on the red slider tab to get the main top to slide down? The main strut simply (in that same corner) simply snapped in half, and was now dangling in front of me. As I stared in disbelief, I figured I'd collapse this now useless mess of aluminum, and report the problem to the manufacturer. The warranty for (1) year was basically about (5) weeks over, but I figured if I was honest and told them what had happened? They'd want to make it right? I couldn't have been more wrong. I was basically told in a very polite way, "to go pound sand", and any replacement parts that might be sent overseas would be "on my nickel". Then they had the gall to tell me that ordering parts from overseas would be very expensive to ship, as if any halfwit wouldn't know that? Oh brother. This canopy was far from the cheapest, but I assumed from some reviews that it was of good quality. A product I could count on to reliably enjoy for several years, perhaps a decade or more? It was neither. I can then assume that it doesn't matter to these folks if it's the 1st time you're using it, (or in my case the 4th?), or if it's a day past the "ha...1 year warranty"? Too bad, so sad for you....you're on your own bud. They have your money, and you have a broken, crappy, now worthless pile of aluminum bars. If this had happened to another customer? I would hope that they would let others know of their outrage and disbelief in the seller's response. That's exactly what I'm doing here. Why in the heck would I want to invest another $75 - $100 for replacements parts to be shipped from overseas, on a canopy I can't trust the construction quality of in the 1st place? I of course, would not. So "caveat emptor", and "let the buyer beware". I may have had simply a lemon, and things can happen, I get it......but I've never in recent memory had such unbelievably uncaring customer service from a seller, when the problem was simply NOT MY FAULT. Do yourself a favor, and keep shopping past this nightmare. ... show more
