The 2.5" cushion of Master Massage's exclusive Multi-Layer Small Cell foam, the "Big Top" design that gives 26% more cushioned surface than most tables and the square corners proven to relax the shoulder area all combine to make an unbeatable comfortable table. The beautiful black upholstery is oil- and water-resistant, CFC-free, and features a denim-like backing to reinforce the upholstery durability. The Shiatsu cable release so the table can be laid flat on the floor make the Newport an undeniably great buy. Setting up the table is a breeze with the no assembly required Auto-Lock leg system and the numbered leg adjustment holes. Quick-Set leg knobs require 70% less effort to adjust table height quickly and efficiently. The Newport is virtually indestructible, thanks to the Auto-Lock leg system, the Duo-Plane hinges at the center of the table, the stabilizer bar and the Clevis Block leg attachments. We bought this for my daughter, who is in massage therapy school, so she could practice at home. I have wood floors, and the table has nice, ribber toppers on all the feet that protect the finish. I have been on the table (140 pounds), and my husband has been on the table (170 pounds) , and the table is solid. I never felt like it was flimsy or unable to hold me. The padding is nice, and the face support was even more comfortable than the one in the massage salon I have gone to for a decade. It IS heavy, and my daughter does struggle to carry it (5 foot 3, 140 pounds), but if it was light enough for her to carry easily, I think it would be flimsy and weak. It fits nicely in the bag provided (which looks really nice), and the bag helps her move the table even though the table is heavy. All in all, I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a massage table they can take with them or can take down and put away on a regular basis. ... show more

I have purchased thousands of things in my life; and this might be the best thing we've ever bought. Chris needs 'Myotherapy' quite often to keep away aches and pains (she's very active, yet is 69 years-old). I keep this table folded with its two snaps snapped and within a minute I can slide it over, unsnap the two snaps and it opens, itself. Then, I just slip a full-sized fitted sheet over it and VOILA, it is all ready to be used. Luxuriously soft. Like how there is an elbow board which allows the person to place their elbows on the shelf and their face in the (removable) face hole. A great massage table for a very good price. ... show more

Rarely give 5 stars, but this is truly an exceptional product. Cushioning and quality is very good, and the table is wide enough for most body-types Head rest is comfortable. Folds up well, and set-up is a breeze. The included bag cover is a nice plus.
