I purchased this machine as a valentine's gift for my new girlfriend who has been eying this. She is a professional tattoo artist with over 10 years experience and got to handle this machine in a different color via her shop's owner. Impressed with the balance, low vibration, and battery life of 5 hours on 8 volts my girlfriend added it to her wish list. She received hers and the battery life is only 45 minutes on 8 volts. Likewise it only takes 15 minutes to reach a full charge instead of the hour as advertised so most likely it is a bad or faulty battery. For better or worse her primary love language is gifts so she doesn't want to let this one go since she is already sentimentally attached because I gave it to her. Luckily there is an RCA adapter included but sadly the RCA cables that come with it are hot garbage and do not work. She tried the shop owner's RCA cables from her kit as well and likewise they do not work. Fortunately the shop has aftermarket RCA cables that they both use for their machines to keep them running on long days or large projects. It's a great machine from what they have said if you get one that has a good battery. It seems to be a complete crapshoot on whether you get a good battery or not, so be sure to have a good RCA cable and Power Supply as a back up.

Love the grip on this one, I have tiny hands and the small diameter is a game changer. The stroke is great for line work and it's about as light as a sharpie. The only downside is the battery lasts about an hour tops. It will recharge fully in about half an hour, and is great for short tattoos but you'll want to get an additional battery with an rca connector if you want to do longer tattoos wirelessly

Easy to set up, love the fact that you can go wireless or have it connected. The screen to adjust the voltage is awesome, holds needle cartridges great. Would be mindful of the bated life I haven’t used it until it died just yet but I usually keep my things charged after usage.

I got this for permanent makeup tattoo and oh how I like the feel of it on skin. This machine has a perfect stroke length for powder brows. It is very easy to create a powdery look compared to mast tour. It may be a little too shaky for hair stroke or nano brows. It does take universal cartridges which is huge plus. The machine is a little bit heavier compared to mast tour which provide a little better grip.

the bad, the battery doesn't last as long as i would like but it dose last about 2 to 3 hours. The good, the small size is great for a woman's hands or if you you have smaller hands its very ergonomic. the pen is quit not like the buzzing noise like the first gun i got.
