I really needed a good Bowl Scraper for my six quart mixer, the scraper is firm with a Silicone wiper, the Stainless cutter has increments and conversion tables engraved into it which my vintage scraper didn't have so I opted for this two piece set. The increments on the cutter make it much easier to get uniform sizes when cutting by approximate size and weight or scraping the dough from the board. This is my first time using a Dough scraper, I ordered this one after seeing it used in a video, getting the dough out of the bowl has never been easier. I have started to mix a lot of over hydrated bread flour recipes that are cold fermented after minimal rising, the slurry can be down right sticky - Have No Fear the trusty bowl scraper gets it out of the bowl with absolutely no waist or sticky fingers. Both tools are designed and constructed really well, they arrived in a really nice gift box too. If you are looking for yourself or looking for a gift for someone, this ia a very nice set. These should last a lifetime in our kitchen.

Currently two colors - I liked the bright red. The stainless steel scraper has a slightly beveled cutting edge for cleaner cuts. The blade has both cm and inch measurements along the bottom edge, up to 6 inches at the edge. The measurement conversion charts go from 1/16th cup, 1/8, 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 3/4, to 1 cup for conversion to ounces, tablespoons, teaspoons, and milliliters. The text is rather small but easily visible in the right light. The upper edge is silicone, with a groove for fitting fingers or your thumb for a better grip. The silicone scraper also has a grip handle. There is a rounded edge for scraping round bowls, and a square edge for getting into corners. The black scraping edge is flexible. Although the scraper handle nests in the cutter's handle, there is nothing to lock it into place - no big deal, just pointing it out. I always wince when seeing spelling and grammar errors, which were in the description and printed on the box.

The scraper is heavy duty and seems very sturdy. Having said that, mine came with a leading corner that was bent. I have contacted the company and we'll see how well they handle it. the handle part of the tools (red plastic) is not particularly well designed for the human hand, but since you shouldn't be applying too much pressure, it should be fine. It is really nice to have the bowl scraper. Most of my bowls are curved and a straight scraper doesn't help.

This little two piece set is easily worth 2x the current price. I do a fair amount of baking (ok, way too much), and I make constant use of my current bench scraper and some crafty usage of a my silicone spatulas to scrape bowls. This bench scraper is a nice upgrade to my existing (included in the pic for reference) because I REALLY like the additional info laser etched into it. It is such a nice feature, and a great use of the space. The etchings are clear and well done - not an afterthought. I love I have measurements and conversions right there with me. For storage, the bowl scraper sort of 'nests' into the bench scraper to take up less room. It fits so nicely, you can definitely tell it was intended. These edges of the bowl scraper are soft silicone and work great. The handle/grip on both items are comfortable, it is substantial, not flimsy at all, and seems to be very well made. I really like this setup, it's a keeper.

The scraper/cutting tool came packaged well and was wrapped in protective plastic. Moreover, I like the way the tools feel in my hand. They are easy to hold and to grip. Sometimes my hands get a bit tired when I'm cooking so this is an added plus. I don't work with dough but the cutter tool is perfect to scoop up the seasoning from the chopping board without it spilling and moving it into a pot. it conveniently has the measurements etched on the side. It's a bit difficult to see but a nice touch for those who need that feature (I just don't). The scraper is very easy to hold and to use. The flexible rubber edges makes it easy to scrape all of the cake mix or whatever from the bowl. It only takes a few swipes. Both of these tools are really handy gadgets for the kitchen. They are also nice and flat so they don't take up much space in the kitchen drawer - always a plus.

This bench scrapper is so nice! It came nicely packaged and arrived quickly. It has a little weight to it which makes it strong and durable. I have just started making bread and this is perfect for cutting the dough. The blade is very sharp, and it cuts through dough effortlessly. It has a nice silicone handle which is easy to grip. The bowl scraper is a nice feature too. This also has a silicone handle. Both are made and feel very high quality. They both are easily washed in the dishwasher. The one thing I really like is that the cutter has measurement equivalents and measurements to cut the dough etched on to it. This means I can cut my dough into equal parts. The blade is so sharp I can see this having many uses, but I will just be using it for my bread. Very good value for money. Highly recommend.

Been wishing to upgrade from my wimpy spatula to a bowl scraper. This one will speed up the prep process and reduce wasted ingredients left in the bowl. I also like the bench scraper. It will be used all the time. Having measurement equivalents at hand is also a time saver! That these two tools are built to snuggle up together in the drawer is a big plus, given we have limited space for "extras" in our RV home. I like to cook and we eat most of our meals at home. Tools like these that make prep faster, easier and more economical are most appreciated.

Great scraper and bench knife set for handling dough. The blade is pretty thick and rigid on the scraper and it has a tapered edge for cutting through dough. The measurements and conversion table engraved on the blade are a good idea but they are a little light and difficult to read. The handle is comfortable and makes it easy to use. If it weren't for the difficult to read engraving it would be five stars.
