the build quality is excellent. it has a solid, comfortable weight without feeling bulky, and the year of the snake design gives it a unique look compared with the usual plain black machines. the display is bright and easy to read, while the adjustable stroke and depth settings make it easy for me to fine tune the machine for different techniques. i especially like being able to adjust the stroke from 2.4 to 4.2 depending on whether i am working on lining, shading, blending, or layering. performance has also been very good. the machine runs quietly with minimal vibration, which makes it easier for me to maintain control and produce cleaner lines. the ink flow feels smooth and consistent, and i noticed a significant difference compared with some of the budget machines i have used for practice. the cordless design is extremely convenient, and having two batteries is a major advantage because i can keep working without constantly stopping to recharge. i also like having rca power as a backup. the kit includes tattoo needles that have worked well for me, although replacement needles can be somewhat expensive. there are also a few extra accessories that i probably would not use, but those are minor complaints considering how well the main machine performs. the biggest drawback is definitely the price. this is a serious investment and probably not something i would recommend to someone who is only trying tattooing for the first time. however, for someone who is serious about improving their equipment, the quality, adjustability, performance, and dual battery setup make the cost much easier to justify. i feel like i am getting good value for the money because this machine feels like a genuine upgrade rather than just another inexpensive tattoo pen. overall, i am very happy with the mast fold pro. it looks great, feels professionally made, runs smoothly and quietly, and gives me much more control than the cheaper machines i have used. for a serious beginner or more experienced artist looking to upgrade, i think this is a very worthwhile machine

The first thing that stood out to me was the presentation of the way this arrived. Looking like it is fancy AF. Almost felt like unboxing a new watch or phone. The packaging is really nice, and everything has its own place instead of feeling like a bunch of accessories were thrown into a box like a lot of kits I have tried in the past. The machine itself feels just as well put together. The screen is bright and easy to read, the stroke and depth adjustments are clearly marked, and I really like not having to guess where I have it set. It runs quietly with very little vibration, which makes a noticeable difference when I'm trying to keep my lines clean. The extra battery is a favorite features and having the option to switch over to RCA power is a nice backup. I was also expecting it to feel more bulky in my hand than it actually does, which is surprising and definitely in a good way. There is some unnecessary items or swag included that I could live without, but that's a pretty minor complaint considering how good the actual kit itself is. The price is the bigger consideration here. This isn't something I'd recommend buying just to see whether tattooing is for you, because it's a pretty significant investment. For someone who already knows what they're doing and wants a machine with plenty of adjustment options and the convenience of two batteries, though, I think it's worth considering. The Year of the Snake design is also gorgeous and the blue of the pen in contrast gives it a little more personality than the usual plain black tattoo machines that I have on hand, so if the aesthetics of your machine is important, this would be a pro as well.

This is a mask tattoo, fold pro tattoo machine kit, and it works wonderfully the blue color is absolutely gorgeous and it comes with the whole beginner kit that you might need. I have been touching him for a while now, so most of the stuff that comes in. The kit is just extra, but it’s always good to have extra. The needles that come in this pack are all one size and they’re all a three round liner, which is definitely good to have, but not one of my favorites to use. As far as the machine goes, it works spectacularly. It is a mask machine, so that makes sense that it would work well it’s quiet. The vibration isn’t too much or too loud. The settings are easy to understand and set up. It turns on and off well, it comes with two batteries and an extra metal hand grip which I thought was really cool. I’ve never gotten the extra grip which was nice. I don’t really use the grip because it kind of messes with me a little bit, but that’s OK. I also really like that. This set comes with the two batteries that are rechargeable, but it also comes with the attachment to plug-in the machine to a foot pedal so if you’re not used to using them wireless to use a pedal to turn your machine on and off if it comes with the little attachment to make that happen.

Mast tattoo wireless tattoo kit. Presentation can be underrated but I love it when I get something and it feels special right from the moment I’m opening the product. It has the main unit in aqua with a matching battery. There is an extra battery it’s in black a little perturbed that it doesn’t match, but the machine being good is more important than aesthetics. There is an RCA attachment and an extra hand grip (it’s slightly heavier) and is a little wider if you like having a little bit more to hold onto. The motor has an excellent low purr (this is what I call the vibration) since the vibration is low it’s much easier to use this machine for an extended period of time. This machine feels sturdy with a little bit of weight but not too heavy for me to hold for longer periods of time. The screen is nice, big and easy to see at a glance. The 5 memory slots and a dot mode you press the screen. I did have a couple times (luckily I didn’t have the needle down) that I somehow bumped the screen and changed the voltage. There are 3 buttons intuitively arranged I found them easy to change settings. Changing the stroke of this machine has a nice click to it. Although can be a bit tricky as it doesn’t move easily but that is good because it stays where I set it. Changing the cartridge is difficult. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be that tight but I take the battery off the back even with it off because I’m afraid of when holding tightly to turn the cartridge I might accidentally turn it on. So that is slightly annoying with such a nice machine.

Mast Tattoo Fold Pro Purple The best machine I have ever used! While I have not reviewed any top dollar ($500+) machines like the Bishop packer; I have reviewed over 40 machines, and I find this machine to be my most preferred machine. This machine is excellent . With it's adjustable stroke, and good voltage range, it is capable of executing pretty well any tattooing techniques you might want out of a machine. During my test it performed well at all tasked attempted. It is comfortable to use (particularly with the included extra grip), and the batteries have a good charge duration. Only had one minor issue; and that was with the battery. It has regular buttons for changes, but it also features a touch responsive screen, so even with light accidental touching, it will change the voltage on you. I had this happen a few times while working with it. The kit includes two batteries, so you will not have to end you tattoo session just because the battery requires charging! Plus it come with an additional AC power adapter, allowing the machine to be powered by a corded power supply as well if needed or desired. One of the best! 4.5 stars! Explaining my rating system: 5 - a superior product - I would recommend 4 - above average – a great choice 3 - average – what one might generally expect 2 - below average – I would advise seeking an alternative 1- Horrible – a waste of your valuable money - avoid if at all possible

Mast Tattoo fold pro tattoo gun year of the snake edition is really cool Very professional tattoo gun. 1st of all Mast is a company I trust for all tattoo products and has been in the market a long time with some really great products. I’ve purchased several of their tattoo guns and needles for my stepdaughter who’s a beginner but has been doing this for a couple years now and is ready for more professional products and this fits the bill! This is good for an advanced artist but beginners can use it too and I bought it for her because it’s very similar to the Mast gun she has already but this has more upgrades and the extra battery so she can go for hours without having to wait. It’s a complete set for artists. It’s kind of supposed to get really precise, lining, shading, layering, and blending, and being that it’s cordless is easy to use. Super easy to change the stroke range anywhere from 2.42 4.2 adjustable on the fly for any type of tattooing style that she wants to do. It’s kind of super quiet, provide stable voltage, and the ink transfer is super gentle.

I definitely did not expect to like this machine as much as I do, it has become my favorite go to machine. I do permanent makeup and have only used mast machines, in my opinion they are simply the best that is out there. I did find myself looking for another machine to do lips as I wanted something different that packed a little more punch than what I had. Although this is thicker and a bit heavier than my current mast, I now find that I can perform all of my services with this one machine as long as I make the adjustments to the settings that I need. I love how this set came with the machine, and extra battery and needles.
