Amazing customer service!
Color: Pink
***Update*** Wow! The company reached out and wanted to make it right and sent me another tattoo machine! Amazing customer service! Will definitely order from them again! They definitely went above and beyond to make me happy and never asked me to change this review like some have done in the past. The needle isn't supposed to hang out when the machine is off. I had surgery so I wasn't able to use it till the return window had passed. It's defective and I know of others who have got defective ones as well. I will try to get in touch with the seller so they can make it right. I'll update my review if they do. If they don't then I would definitely NOT BUY FROM THEM.

10/10 for pmu
Color: Gold
If you do pmu, you need this. being able to change the stroke on one machine instead of switching to many makes life much easier.

i do not recommend this machine
Color: Purple
bought this in february 2025, i did not open it until now & machine is faulty. you cannot adjust needle hang, so the whole machine is useless. it just pools ink since you can’t adjust the needle. i wanted to love this machine so bad but i feel like this is wasted money down the drain :/

This suited me perfectly
Color: Gold
My machine works great—I haven't had any issues with the adjustments. The battery life is sufficient for my needs. I was actually a bit nervous about buying it because I had read so many mixed reviews here, but everything turned out fine for me. It fits my small hands comfortably; I'm a beginner, and I'm completely satisfied! 🩷
