***Update*** Wow! The company reached out and wanted to make it right and sent me another tattoo machine! Amazing customer service! Will definitely order from them again! They definitely went above and beyond to make me happy and never asked me to change this review like some have done in the past. The needle isn't supposed to hang out when the machine is off. I had surgery so I wasn't able to use it till the return window had passed. It's defective and I know of others who have got defective ones as well. I will try to get in touch with the seller so they can make it right. I'll update my review if they do. If they don't then I would definitely NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Extremely good quality machine in terms of performance I am really impressed and the fact it is hybrid and can change the strokes is really convenient. The only issue and it’s with most mast tour machines is the needle sticks out sometimes when you switch the machine off. Please fix this issue
