This company customer service is no good! This battery pack that came with the machines is no good!!! The buttons literally pushed in with barely any pressure whatsoever and what is horrible is that my machines literally die out in a few months and when I message asking about the warranty service they never respond! I’ve had the Amy, the flip, the archer etc and they all went to cr@p… won’t be buying from this company ever again. ... show more
