This product arrived damaged. The lower shelf and portion of the frame arrived with the wood cracked where the screws were located. Without this lower frame, the table is too unstable to use. UPDATE: Seller responded quickly once notified of damage and sent replacement. The replacement is of good quality and meets the needs that we were looking for. Works well in the space and has been well received from users.

Poor design on the lifting/locking devices Came broken on the bottom table where it bolts together and when reached out to for a replacement part was only able to disasmble and return what a huge waste of time money and effort. Not to mention that not all of the holes were even predriled for the pad to be attached to the frame very poor quality

After receiving the item, there is a hole in the box through which we can see broken parts of the base of the table. Seller cannot be reached to. Update Aug 2023: Great customer service, they sent us the new bed after they saw this review.
