This massage table is way more than I expected. There are quite a few features that I find very useful. It is folding which helps a lot for transport & space saving. It comes with accessories. It uses wide elastic bands to store the accessories to the bottom of the table. It has adjustable legs to get the right height. It has removable arm pads and adjustable face cradle. The carrying case makes it easy to transport and store. It's plenty long enough for my 6'-2" husband. The table has a removable pad that can be used as a face cradle also. When I purchased it I didn't realize we also had to pay for delivery which brought the price up to around $100. Normally I would have skipped it because of that but I'm glad I didn't. It's a really good table for my purposes. I've only had this table for about a week so I don't know how well it will hold up over time but it seems like it'll last awhile. I'm very happy with my purchase and do recommend this table.

this product was extremely easy to put together very good quality innocence of the first purchase of this kind of equipment. However, I have learned that with this type of equipment you can’t be cheap because it breaks easily and then you really can’t use it after that so I would say go for the more expensive one just because debility might be a lot better, but however, if you’re needing this for a short period of time or you’re not gonna be dealing with clients who carry heavy body weight on them then I would recommend this product

My husband and I have exercises we must do to keep muscles toned due to osteoporosis/degenerative disc disease. Doing the exercises on a floor mat was rough, getting down on the mat and getting back up required rolling over to sofa to pull up on. This table makes exercising easier therefore we actually do them now. The table is adjustable, we like the lower setting for our height. The table is sturdy and stable. Very versatile for multitude of different exercises. We keep ours set up, but did take down for holidays; VERY simple to remove armrests, neck rest and store under table in holders, table folds and locks. Not heavy to move using handle. Comes with a cover if storing, we just folded our cover and store in holder under table. Highly recommend for elderly or physically challenged that have a hard time getting up and down. One of our better purchases!!

My Physical Therapist recommended that I get a portable massage table to use for my home exercise program for my back. I found this one and it had a lot of good reviews so I thought I would try it. I ordered it on a Monday and had it by Thursday! It was very easy to set up and to adjust the height. I put it on the lowest height to make it easier for me to get on and off of it. I'm heavy so I was worried that it might not take my weight so I was cautious the first time I used it for my exercises. I didn't need to worry because it is very sturdy and I had no problems doing my exercises on it. It sure beats trying to get up and down off the ground to do some of the exercises and now I can do them all on the table. So glad that I got this table and that I am better able to do my exercises. I would recommend this table to anyone who is looking for one to use in that manner. I'm very happy with it!

I am a senior with a bad back and I need this table to do my back exercises. I cannot do them on the floor or I would never be able to get up...lol The bed is too soft so I decided to get this table. It was packed well and it took me less then 5 minutes to set up. I am only 5'6 so I set it to the lowest leg height which is perfect for me as I can easily and safely get on and off the table. Once my exercises are done I can fold the table in half and store it out of the way behind the couch. It is light enough for me to easily maneuver. The instructions for lowering the legs were not that clear to me but I found a video that showed how to do it and it took just 2 minutes to lower the height. This is a great value and I am very happy with it.
