I have had 5 back surgeries which makes it very difficult to find a comfortable chair. The head rest isn’t bulky and feels good to lean back on. It has two cup holders and two big pockets. The heat and massager were nice surprises.

The chair itself is great and fairly easy to assemble. However the delivery was a nightmare! FedEx emailed that it would be delivered on 1/3/25 but gave no time frame other than a bar that showed it was getting closer. Finally at 6:36 p.m., another email that stated unable to deliver since no one was home and that a note was left but no note anywhere. The next day a text was sent stating delivery between 11-1 p.m. Only 1 driver came who attempted to leave the box on the lawn rather than bring it up to my apartment on the 2nd floor. As he was walking back to his truck, I yelled and asked if he would help carry it up, which he did. What a fiasco!! ... show more

Nice chair and works great. The problem is when You have to put the chair together, the pieces are all crammed into the bottom of the chair and pulling them out is a struggle. The directions are clear but doable once you figure them out. It’s a little stiff, the reclining mechanism isn’t the best, but I like it for the most part. ... show more

I ordered 2 of these chairs, they arrived very quickly which of course made me very happy. They were pretty easy to put together the only struggle I had was putting the covers on the arms and getting the cover zipped up. The chairs are very comfortable and exactly what I expected.

A beautiful comfortable chair. The arm coverings are a little hard to put on frames as they fit razor tight. As a senior citizen I enjoy the heat and massage on my back and legs.. Easy to assemble. It is a woman size chair but fits the smaller body. I would recommend this chair.

It arrived damaged on the back of the headrest, but the seller promptly reached back out to me offering a partial refund- which I am still waiting on. It’s a quiet chair and very comfortable. It was easy to put together. It still swivels even if it’s in the recline position which is not good. It’s not for a taller person though. I’m 5’5 and my feet are at the end of the foot rest when reclined . Somewhat frustrating that I can’t get the fabric on the footrest to lay flat……. I ordered this for myself for Christmas 2025, the heat and the vibration stopped working after one month! I emailed the seller, and as of today 4/28/26 , I have still not received a response back! Will never buy from this seller again! Very pore customer service!!!
