This is my first "big" office chair and I consider it a very comfortable and sturdy one as I can put my legs up, too. I wish it could lean a bit lower, but it remains great with excellent cushioning and wear-resistant materials. My husband said that it's easy to assemble which is a great plus. It has a very appealing and elegant appearance (reason why I always love black). This is something to keep for life.

VERY comfortable chair and I love the foot rest. Husband assembled it quite easily. I know that I will enjoy the heat feature come winter. The massage is more of a vibration/pulsing....so not uncomfortable but soothing and promotes circulation. The arms are nicely padded and comfortable....but I do wish it had height adjustment. I can see myself kicking back and enjoying an Amazon prime movie in this thing!

First impressions, it was packaged nicely. After unpacking & inventorying everything, I proceeded to assemble. It took me about an hour by myself start to finish, but I am not very mechanically inclined & I took my time. I appreciate that they give you an actual functional tool that worked on everything, & not a little allen wrench. And they even gave you a couple extra screws which fortunately I did not need. On to comfort, it is a little firmer than I expected but not bad. Overall pretty comfortable, & the heat & massage is pretty decent too. Seems to be good quality for the $ paid. I would recommend it if you are looking for a decent overall comfortable chair at a fair price.
