I set this up on my bed frame to use for face down relaxation after workouts and it worked out fine overall. The under mattress bracket slides in easy enough, no tools needed like it says, though it took me a couple tries to get the height right for my mattress since it's on the thicker side. Once it was in place it stayed put and didn't wobble around while I was using it, which I was a little worried about at first. The memory foam part is soft but still holds its shape, and the face opening is a decent size so I wasnt struggling to breathe or feeling squished. I left it face down for a good while and my neck didnt feel strained after, which was really the main thing I wanted out of this. The armrest attachment is a nice touch too, gave me somewhere to rest my arms instead of just letting them hang off the bed. Only thing is the fabric cover feels a bit thin and I could see it wearing down after a lot of use, and the foldable hinge is a little stiff to fold and unfold each time. It's not a dealbreaker but I do wish it moved a little smoother. Storage wise it folds down small enough to slide under the bed or in a closet so that part is convenient. Overall it does what it's supposed to do and the comfort level is there, just a couple small things that could be improved on the build.

So far this has worked well. We have an adjustable bed and put it on the side towards the bottom. As others have mentioned, the cushion cover is not the softest, looking for a softer cover

I absolutely love this massage headrest, and my kids love it just as much. When the box first arrived, I was a little overwhelmed by all the pieces inside, but assembly turned out to be surprisingly quick and easy. I have an extremely thick mattress, so my main concern was whether the support frame would fit properly. Fortunately, I had no issues at all. The base slides under the mattress easily, holds firmly in place, and feels very strong and sturdy while in use. The height adjustment and 180-degree rotation make it simple to find the perfect angle for personalized support, and the memory foam face cushion is super comfortable. If you want to enjoy a proper home spa setup without investing in a full-sized massage table, this is a well-built, high-quality option that really delivers.

We have looked into buying a massage table several times, but they are large, bulky and hard to store for the few times we would use it. This portable massage headrest is the perfect solution! So easy to use and store. Not only is it easy to store and transport, but it is also sturdy and well made. I was worried about the functionality of this headrest but it has actually been amazing. The massage pad is very comfortable for your face or neck. It's firm to help hold the position of your head but has just enough give so that your face doesn't hurt with use. My husband has a larger than normal head and this worked for him as well. So seems to be a pretty universal fit. On top of comfort, this was easy to use and put together. The carrying bag is not the easiest to use and is quite small but we haven't really needed to use it. We used it on a fabric bed frame with an adjustable metal frame and it has worked perfectly. We just fold it up and store it under the bed when not using but could easily transport if needed. We've only used with one bed but appreciate that the height is adjustable if we do decide to travel with it! Overall, I would recommend this product as it seems to be high quality. The adjustability, and functionality make it worth the price point.

This headrest makes face-down massages at home feel a lot closer to the spa experience. The memory foam is soft but supportive, and your face actually feels comfortable instead of squished after a few minutes, which is the biggest issue with just using a pillow. The opening is wide enough that breathing isn't restricted, even on longer sessions. Adjusting the height and angle is straightforward, and the 180° rotation makes it easy to find a position that works for whoever's getting the massage. It folds down for storage too, which is nice since it's not something you want sitting out all the time, and the cover is soft, easy to remove, and goes in the wash without any drama. A couple of small notes: it takes a bit of fiddling to find the sweet spot for height the first time, and on a softer mattress it can sag slightly under heavier pressure. Once it's dialed in though, it works really well. Solid pickup if you do massages at home with a partner and don't want to spring for a full table.

This massage headrest is a nice addition for setting up a more comfortable massage space at home. The padded headrest provides good support, and I really like having the armrest underneath since it gives your arms somewhere comfortable to rest. The dark gray color also looks simple and neutral. The only downside is that the padding could be a little thicker. After using it for a longer massage, it wasn't quite as comfortable as I expected. It works well overall, but I would have preferred a bit more cushioning for extended use.

We used to own a massage table, but it was too bulky and we got rid of it. This little thing allows for a lot of the benefits of a massage table without all of the bulk. I was a bit worried that it might not feel that stable, but that concern was unwarranted. This thing felt rock solid under my memory foam mattress and held my head comfortably no matter what position it was in and it feels like it's made of quality materials. I like that it was adjustable to put it at just the right height for your bed and the angle you want your head at. What else I loved is that the headrest is a bit wider than ones I've used in the past, so it doesn't really make it uncomfortable for me to open and close my eyes (I've got a larger than normal head, maybe this isn't a problem for others). The bag it comes with is on the cheap side and you'll have to fold the headrest all the way back and I had to take off the pad to get it to fit into the bag and, even then, the shape is a bit awkward since the bag doesn't have much structure on it's own. The bag isn't the best, but I appreciate that it has one. Overall, I was super impressed with the quality, adjustability, and functionality of this. If you're looking for a massage table type experience without the bulk, this is a great fit.

I bought this because I wanted a way to give and receive massages at home without investing in a full massage table, and it actually works better than I expected. The face cradle is comfortable, the memory foam cushion feels soft against the face, and the height adjustment made it easy to position on our bed. I especially like that it rotates and can be adjusted for different mattress heights. The slow-rebound cushion helps reduce pressure on the forehead and cheeks during longer massages. Assembly was straightforward, and once tucked under the mattress it felt fairly stable. It definitely turns an ordinary bed into a much more practical massage setup. The removable cover is also a nice touch for cleaning and comfort. The biggest downside is that it's not as compact as I expected when storing it away. While the headrest folds somewhat, the frame still takes up space. Also, depending on your mattress height and firmness, you may need to spend a few minutes adjusting it to find the most comfortable position. Some users may prefer a firmer face cushion as well. Overall, if you enjoy giving massages at home, do physical therapy exercises, or simply want a face-down support system without buying a full massage table, this is a practical and comfortable solution.
