This is a very power massaging tool. It is not a vibrating tool; it is a percussion massaging instrument. The ergonomic handle makes it very easy to apply a percussion massage to all areas of your body, from your neck to the bottoms of your feet, which is what I bought it for. I have Plantars Fasciitis, which is a severe tightening of the muscles and tissues of the pads of the feet. I have purchased several tools to deal with it, from the under the desk foot massagers to direct heat appliances. I find that this percussion massager is the best thing for instant relief of foot pain. I find that using this for about 15 minutes a night on each foot really relaxes the tissues and promotes a better sleep, since I am not getting feet cramps as often. This massager has 4 massaging heads and 5 speed levels. I like to start at the lowest level on my foot's pressure points, and finish off with the stronger settings for the pads. It is also very nice on the neck and shoulders after a day of stooping over the computer, The lithium-ion battery charges quickly with the included "C" USB cord, and lasts for days, making it very convenient and mobile. i deadlift a lot with my work out programs so my upper and lower back are always tight. i have a handheld normal massage gun but can never reach those places on myself unless my girlfriend helps out. so far this device has been amazing and very convenient. high recommend

This thing is genius in shape and function! It hits the “blind spot” left by all other massage guns thanks to its “hammer” shape. The length and ergonomic shape hit the upper back, rhomboids, and lower trapezius in a way that the others just physically can’t. I own two Theraguns, and no matter how I twist, i simply can’t hit certain parts of my back, and this thing nails it! It’s cost effective. Charges quick. And has 4 different attachments. Are there stronger massage guns? Sure. In this price range? Highly unlikely. But most importantly, can they massage your middle back without twisting and hurting yourself? ABSOLUTELY NOT.
