It works very well. The only problem is the battery only last around 15 minutes before having to be recharged. I’d rather have a corded version.

I originally bought this for my husband who has chronic back, hip and shoulder pain. I have since been struggling with back, shoulders and neck pain. I figured if it helped alleviate a little tension and maybe help my husband reduce the amount of pain relievers he was taking at least for a few months, it would be worth the money. I realized I wasn't buying one of the higher priced massage guns, so I honestly, wasn't expecting it to last more then half a year. 2 years and 2 months later it still fully charges, It still has full power, And it still helps relieve pain when it feels like nothing else will. I like how it will automatically shut off after a certain time so you do not over massage and irritate or injure yourself. The differ attachments are great for the different muscles you are getting. Also, the different speed intensities are great for the more sensitive or painful areas. I would like to throw in that we have not continually used this device everyday for the past 2 years. There were times it would lay in its case for a month or so and then get brought out. Then there were times it was used daily or a couple times a week or so. I'm still very happy with this purchase and recommend people buy this product if you only want an occasional massage gun or want to see if it something that would work for you.

I bought this after seeing massage guns used in so many "Bob and Brad" physical therapy videos on YouTube. I've been dealing with sore muscles in my left hip for about a year and was getting tired of working on those areas with my fingers. This little doodad makes the job much easier. I also use it on the patella tendon below my knee caps, which have gotten sore from bike riding and age. The main round head is the best choice for me; the other, smaller heads are of hard plastic and don't feel as good. The only drawback is the battery life; with regular use, it seems to last only a short while before needing to recharge. It always lasts long enough to get the job done for me but would not be good enough if I needed a longer session. Edit: 3-23-24: Originally gave this five stars, but now have to drop to three. On this date, the plastic operating rod inside the gun snapped, rendering it useless. It did give me excellent relief, but I really expected it to last longer. Will look for a more durable replacement.
