I love this, this is the best massage seat you can get for the price, It has all the premium features of a massage chair, it covers everything from neck, shoulder, back, arms, feet and you can easily adjust the intensity (it is pretty intense which is good), the ZG mode is amazing and can put you to sleep. oh and the Bluetooth speaker is such a great addition, it makes this a full experience, with pretty good quality this is not a recliner so you may not be able to sit on it without the massage, though you can throw a pillow adjust the back unit to watch TV for instance, but it is not built for that, so be aware Now to the key part assembly, I have to be honest, the manual in the box is confusing and can mislead you, Assembly is not hard if you really get an idea of how all those pieces work, the chair was built with minimal assembly required, and Don't worry, you won't mess up, but here are few tips 1. Wait for the third box, it is a key part of assembly and may not arrive the same day 2. The tubes will be a little rough, much like any new product, the trick is to twist and insert, do that few times until you are able to connect them Assembly in a nutshell 1. Back unit is to be set on the Main unit (Main unit is the part with all the wiring and power button) to do that just make sure you align it to the bottom metal rod 2. before you set anything else, connect the tube of the main unit with the back, there are also two electric parts, both in black, those can get lost so hook them up before you assemble the rest 3. setup the arm rest, easiest way, the silver piece to the side should be on the upper side, align the notches on the upper metal rod 4. before you hook up the bolts, find two tubes from the armrest, one is yellow and another is black and connect them with the main unit, if you skip to the bolts, you will have a nightmare trying to find those tubes later, do it first as for the bolts, in my case I had to push the back unit forward for the bolts opening to align, this will be tricky and difficult but it is possible 5. repeat for the other armrest 6. setup the shoulder rests, just slide them in place, the two metal pieces should be easy to spot 7. connect the shoulder rest tube, there should be one on both sides 8. connect the power chord and voila, turn the power on and enjoy Hope this will help many of you, it will take some 30 minutes, but it's worth the wait!! I have been getting massages three times a day now, cause this is an awesome chair! ... show more

If you are under 5'5" 150lbs, you can expect great massage rollers and air bags from your mid back down to your feet but little to nothing on your shoulders and arms. Sitting on top of a pillow helps with the shoulds just a little bit. Shifting your body off to the left or right helps even more. Its just made for someone with broad shoulders, long arms and a longer torso. This is very disappointing, but I still feel like I got what I paid for. The lower body massage is great and it is nice and compact, so doesn't take up a lot of space in the room. The faux leather looks and feels nice in my opinion. Plus it holds body heat well. Delivery was fast and all 3 boxes arrived on the same day (see other reviews). Assembly was a bit more than expected, but not terrible. Probably 45-minutes and a lot of awkward positions around the chair. Your definitely want to sit in the chair after assembly! Overall: if you are okay with lower body only, then its worth the price. ... show more

Ok, shipping was at the end of the projected timeframe(I don’t know why they give a timeframe when it’s never til the end date/time). Assembly was easy but arduous for someone with breathing issues. Instructions were outdated but not hard to figure out. I’m 5’9” and rollers are too high for the neck, speaker was a joke: tinny and only one speaker on left by head. and too low for the lower back. Neck rollers dig into my head and back roller’s dig painfully into my tailbone. The chair itself is uncomfortable as there’s no padding at all. Not sure but appears to be a leak on the right arm inflation bladder. Overall the chair does provide basic massage but you can tell it’s a low end model. ... show more

When first assembling, I noticed that the pre-drilled holes for the arm were slightly off. I'm talking a hairs length, but just enough to make the screw not set. Also one of the shoulder pads had a tear in the bottom. Emailed the company back and forth as they asked for photos. While they tried to be accomodating, it was a hassle because the photos of the pre-drilled holes/arm can't really show the issue. Extremely frustrating after spending so much money, but found a YouTube video of how to fix the issue. Had to bang on heavy pin that the arms slide on with a hammer. Scary stuff knowing you could potentially break the chair. Company refunded me for the torn shoulder rest which was nice. As far as the actual massage features, the wife loves it. It is a really great value and is very comfortable. I wouldn't recommend it for extremely tall or larger folks. ... show more

Couldn't fine instructions at first but it was easy to put together....arms were hard to put on at first until I looked at instructions that say to put screw through the holes from the inside the chair through the lether of the arms which are hard to see but they are there... it was a gift for my boyfriend so he likes it but it's a little iffy for me... the function don't operate all together.. it goes from foot then back then foot and to top it off the different auto setting seem the same to me... it also comes with a covering on the set and I can't feel the rollers through the lether cover but if u take it off it's extremely painful...neck rollers are at the top of my head I'm 5.3 but I still wouldn't hope for much if I was taller..the rollers arnt even properly aline with my back ...the waist roller are above my waist and the shoulder rollers are way below my shoulder ...like where my shoulder blades drop off... arm air bags are good but the leg ones don't seem to thighten much..... and the foot roller for the legs only gets the front of the foot under my toes not the heel...then when i press power off it increases the time ur on so u have to hold it down ..there's 2 buttons that say mode don't know what those are yet..... and to return it can be 50 percent of what u paid for and u have to ship it back ur self...I still have it so I don't know what that means..wether it's 50 percent and or u still have to payout of pocket to ship it back using FedEx ups or usps... ... show more
