This chair came quicker than expected! Packaging was great. Easy to follow instructions on how to assemble. I have lower back pain and this chair is great! The zero gravity function is amazing. Love the heat during the massage too. Bluetooth is a great bonus. Well worth the price and feels like a quality massage. If you need regular massages, this is the chair for you! We are happy to own it!

This massage chair was purchased for my mother-in-law, and she has been absolutely thrilled with it. She finds it very comfortable and relaxing, and it’s quickly become one of her favorite ways to unwind. The massage features are effective and easy to use, and overall the chair feels well designed and sturdy. My only concern was with the delivery. The box arrived severely ripped, which was disappointing and worrying, as I was concerned the chair might be damaged inside. Thankfully, the chair itself was intact and working properly, but the packaging condition definitely took away from the initial experience. Overall, it’s a great massage chair that delivers on comfort and performance. With better care taken during shipping, this would easily be a 5-star purchase.

Amazing!!! The only thing I would say is, if you are a not so tall person like myself then it makes it hard for you to reach the neck rollers. So if massages my head versus my neck. It looks just as pictured! Luxury on a budget!

Arrived quickly, easy to assemble. One rear wheel bent slightly in transit but not a big deal. Here are my complaints: Control pad is not very easy to understand. Trial and error until you find something you like. Rollers are aggressive. I love a deep massage but these are too much even for me. I had to pad it with towels. Moves my head up and down with the rollers. I wish the head rollers were lower to hit my neck and shoulders. Also it would be nice to adjust the rollers zones individually to be less intense. I wish the leg section extended and stayed in place. Instead it has a spring loaded mechanism that draws the knees up gradually. It would be nice to stay in place extended. I wish it had calf and thigh rollers. The arm section airbag area is not humanly possible to use. Only a hand will reach it. Its simply too far away from the body. The heat is so-so. Not noticeably warm.

The media could not be loaded. I was honestly surprised at how easy this massage chair was to set up right out of the box. Within minutes, it was ready to go. It’s super intuitive to use—no confusing setup or weird controls to figure out. What really impressed me, though, were the features. This thing does it all: heat, foot and leg massage, arm and shoulder compression, neck support, and even zero gravity mode. You can adjust the speed of the massage, and the airbags inflate gently around your arms, hips, and head. It’s like having a personal masseuse at home. And for under $700? I don’t think you’ll find anything that even comes close to this kind of quality and functionality in that price range. I genuinely don’t think anyone who buys this will be disappointed. It’s been such a game-changer for relaxing at the end of a long day.
