Whe we decided to buy a massage chair, I researched these very thoroughly. After all, this is a major financial investment, and I wanted to make sure we got one that had all the features we would want. After extensive research, we settled on this chair, and I'm happy to say, we made the right choice. Likes: 1. It fits both my husband and myself. He's 5'9," and over 200lbs. Even his size 13 feet fit in the foot rest. I'm 5'4," and a normal weight, with a size 7.5 foot. 2. The choice of massage features is great, and I still haven't tried them all. 3. The phone mag charger works well. 4. My iPhone 16 Pro Max's Bluetooth connected with the speakers immediately, and the sound quality is good. 5. I really like that I can adjust the massage to my liking. If I don't want the Shiatsu, I can change it to something else. 6. The chair is very comfortable, so much so that my husband tends to fall asleep in it. 7. While it's big, it doesn't take up as much space as I was afraid it would, and that's a good thing since we have a very small living room. The following are suggestions for improvement: 1. Lower the intensity of several features even lower than they already are. Even on the lowest setting, I still can't tolerate the Shiatsu, or the arm sleeve. My husband is fine with both, but for more sensitive people like myself, they're too much, and I'd really like to be able to use them. 2. Allow the head pillow to stay inflated. When it's not inflated, it's hard on my neck. To make it more comfortable, I ordered a recliner pillow, and that took care of that. 3. Make this available in brown or beige. At the time, the only choices we had were gray and black, so we chose gray. It isn't too bad, but beige or brown would have fit better with our decor. 4. I'd like for the control to stay lit during use. When we bought this, we also purchased the deluxe delivery, which included unpacking, placing it where we wanted it, and assembly. Even though this comes assembled, except for the foot rest, it would have been difficult for us as senior citizens, to assemble it, as the foot rest is pretty heavy. If you can't get the deluxe delivery, make sure you can unpack and get it in a door, because that in itself, is not at easy task. Another reason I bought this particular chair was the incredible customer service I received. I had lots of pre-purchase questions, and they answered all of them with lots of patience. After the purchase, when I had more questions and suggestions, they were still there with answers, and they thanked me for my suggestions. This gave me confidence that, if I have any problems with the chair, they will do everything they can to make it right. In conclusion, my husband and I are very happy with chair, and will use it for many years to come.

Love the chair and massage modes but the shortcut buttons do not work. The chair works fine with the hand held remote but only 1/2 of the buttons on the right hand control pad work. Disappointed because I paid for the professional installation and I would have thought they confirmed everything was working correctly. I would like to just sit in the chair with the heat on but can’t get that to work without these buttons. Also, the voice activation does not work. I’ll include an image higlighting the buttons that do not work. It’s too much money for everything to not work correctly. Changed my review because the company has been great to work with

Have had this chair for a month and love it. Reviewed a lot of chairs on line but settled on this one for its versatility, good reviews and 166’ track (allows you to get more prone (flat) than most massage chairs). My wife said she didn’t like massages but changed her mind after trying it. Their service was quick to respond to all questions I had. I have tried massages from chairs and masseuses in years past but like this chair the best. The width adjustment bar on the control screen only shows in a few manual massage modes, but I found it unneeded anyway. The 4d back massage (neck to thighs adjustable) and the feet massage are my favorites but the other modalities are also enjoyable and are mixed in with the many auto massages. We have not tried all of them yet but my wife and I especially like “sweet dreams” before bed. Back heat on the low setting is a relaxing addition we add to the massages. Recommend this chair!

Love the massage chair but if you are not looking for a “aggressive massage” this may not be for you. I am ok with that but others in my family did not like it. The big issues are the way it crushes your feet even on lowest airbag setting. Second is the app control will not recognize the chair. I’m ex IT guy so I am usually able to figure out stubborn app connectivity issues but I give up on this part. The chair can be controlled with included touch screen or manual controls. Updated: After contacting manufacturer regarding inability to use phone app to control chair I was advised that app does not work with this chair. I have found that voice command feature is the easiest way to set up massage.
