I returned mine because the little "fingers" in the back didn't target where I needed them to, but that's not the product's fault ;) It's lighter than the massagers we've seen over the last two years and has a strap that makes it mobile. This is seriously the best detail about the device. Sadly, though, the description in the listing is somewhat overinflated re: its strength.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my husband and decided to try it out before I wrapped it. The packaging was neat, the massager itself was wrapped separately from the charger which gave it a very nice and clean look and feel. Will need to mess with the settings since I didn't use it for very long but the settings I did try felt really good and definitely helped some of the knots in my shoulders

I've been jealous of the people at the nail salon that get these. Not enough to pay for them, but happy I have this for home use now. Great for releveling that upper back and neck tension. hand straps allow for minor movements and customized pressure. Love this.

Got this because it's chargeable and I hated being confined to one spot. After charging it overnight, it didn't work. Too bad it didn't work and had to return it. Hope you have better luck with it than me

Notice the red light? That’s supposed to be in the hole, and unfortunately means the buttons are not where they are supposed to be either. Good luck guessing where to push. I have a more expensive version of this and assumed they came off the same line and just packaged differently. I honestly don’t think that’s the case, as this one seems to be made quite a bit cheaper. Possibly a different outcome if I received a working one, but I’m reviewing what I received and it’s essentially unusable. Everyone loves the one I paid over $100 for so I was really hoping this would be at least close enough so I could send out as just for fun gifts. Hopefully others have a different result, but this is definitely getting returned first chance I get.

This device has one job, to squeeze your neck. It does this surprisingly well. It’s powerful enough to get the job done, and you can apply varying amount of pressure by pulling down on the straps. The material is soft and feels good. Again, this device has a very specific purpose and that’s all it does. But if you have tight muscles in your neck, this might be the best device for that. It is battery operated, which can be seen as a benefit or an issue. I think I would also like this to be able to be powered from an electrical outlet.
