This was a relatively easy installation because it could be set on the ground or buried. It cannot be buried more than 3 inches. However, after we got it installed and everything was good, the collars would not work. We tried turning the radius down to zero and stood in the middle of the yard and the collars were still beeping and shocking. We even tried shutting everything off and leaving the collars plugged in overnight, and they still did not work. I figured the odds of both of the collars not working were pretty low. I read the reviews and they said typically one of the collars did not work and they got sent a replacement so I contacted the seller and asked for a replacement. I got connected to Amazon support chat and they just sent me an entirely new setup. This was fine because they told us to just return the bad collars with the whole box they sent us, however, the collars still did not work! I do not know what is wrong but we have tried everything and we are done. We have decided to send the whole thing back. I wish we wouldn't have wasted the time and energy on it!

Bought this and returned due to the fact it was hit and miss on the shock and beep before hand. Worse part was it wasn't even buried yet and it wasn't working how it was suppose to!! Dogs would get shocked randomly and sometimes no shock at all. It was so inconsistent that Dogs would suffer the shock to go past it and suffer with the seconds of pain. Not recommended

Easy to setup fence perimeter, attached it to my existing fence. Came with two collars, one worked well the other didn’t, constantly beeped scared the hell out of my dog. Went through all the troubleshooting tips and didn’t work. If this worked would be 5 stars and worth the money spent.

So I can't hear the beeping. The range is set at ten feet and seems to be beeping randomly. My dog is terrified. Collar doesn't beep near wire. Beeps in middle of yard. I think. It isn't very loud. My wife can't hear it at all. A royal pain to install. A refund would just be an insult. Make the beep loud so no more puppies are needlessly tortured.

Everything installed as explained and described in the box. One caller works flawlessly and the other shocks one of our dogs randomly inside the safe area. It has only been installed for 2 weeks but they tell me I am out of returnable or exchangeable time frame. Update. They sent a new collar and it's all good now. Thanks

We already have an underground fence but need collars for two dogs...... This box we were easily able to connect to our existing fence and it works perfect. The collars are sturdy flexible plastic and don't seem to bother the dogs. Super easy to charge and power on/off.

The wire provided is incredibly cheap and breaks very easily when attempting to install. I had to purchase better quality wire separately just to install it. After that, the product functioned fine for about a month, then went stone dead. It is completely worthless now and Amazon won't accept a return since I'm beyond the 30 day return period. Buy beware.
