First impression: The packaging was clean and not overloaded with information/text. The ingredients looked great, healthy, and there were none I was afraid about putting into my body. My first impression of the taste was very positive. They are a little tart, but taste good and match the flavors they say they are. Product is organic and Non-GMO. All of MaryRuth's products are made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Review: This is a great product. With all the gummies on the market a new gummy really needs to do something to stick out and Mary Ruth's has figured out how to do just that. This vegan, plant based gummy has great taste without the bad parts of most gummies. The gummies aren't just healthy but actually taste good as well. I don't normally like cherry gummies, but this one was alright and I loved both the grape and orange. If someone were to ask me for recommendations on gummies for Vitamin C this product would be new answer. Another positive to them is they only have 5 calories per serving so you aren't hurting your diet by eating one. If you or anyone you know struggles to get enough vitamin C into your every day diet then you should try these gummies out.

We have purchased this vitamin c for our 7 year old. The taste is great, the dosage is slightly higher than needed for this age. 125 mg of vitamin C for a 7-year-old is safe and reasonable, a bit above daily needs but not too much. Most children easily meet vitamin C needs through food — citrus, strawberries, kiwi, bell peppers, broccoli, etc. But little boost during the cold season is needed sometimes. If a child takes more vitamin C than needed, the good news is that it’s a water-soluble vitamin, meaning the body doesn’t store excess amounts — it usually gets flushed out in urine. However, too much (especially in high supplement doses) can cause some uncomfortable side effects.

Like the ingredients. Was looking for a gummy low in sugar and mg. However, I think the company should check expiration dates before shipping. According to the bottle I had 2 months to use. ( even though says BB - I think should be at least a year) the sticking of the gummies is ok. Just have to loosen them up.

Our go to vitamin C for my youngest who does not like swallowing pills yet. My kids spend summers in a public pool with chlorine in it. Vitamin C is a great way to detox chlorine from your body. So it’s a must in the summer and in the winter for immunity. Great and reliable brand!
