The arm holes were too darn big for me. I'm 5'3", 113 lbs., athletic build with a very small chest (36AA). I didn't think I could have it altered because of the flowy pleats. I think it would have made things bulkier, but for the price I paid for this dress it would have been worth altering, but I decided not to. This dress is so comfortable and flowy and hit above my ankle. It may have overwhelmed my petite frame with all the flowing layers and longer length. A size small petite probably would have worked better for me, but that size doesn't exist. I'm sad to send it back. I wish it worked. ... show more

I got this dress originally in dark green and love it. I plan to dress it up with pearl earrings for my friends wedding. I got the white with the intention to wear to my rehearsal dinner but it’s not giving main character.🤷🏼♀️ 4 stars because the top part is a little loose on the sides and makes me look a little bigger but probably only noticeable to me. Very cute dress, wish it would have worked for me. The front neck section into the arm holes was too large, it didn’t lay flat. It may be because I have shorter torso, my bust is D cup so I don’t think it’s because I am not filling out in that respect.

I ordered a size down and it the dress fit everywhere but not the armpit, so I pulled out my sewing machine. No issue at all to tack it. The dress hid all things I didn't want seen. LOL. Very cute dress and comfortable. Im.5'1, 155lbs, bought a medium. Length is right above my ankles. It is a lot of material so it doesn't give a lot of shape but not overpowering. And very comfortable, nothing shows through and no lumpsor bumps show.
