First, blow it up as it says in the directions, it helps so much. When you get almost full, use the "pinch" method to fill it the rest of they way. When it is full it is very sturdy and strong. I used water in the bottom. I have two boys who are 6 and 9 and they beat the snot out of it and it pops back up. I've punched it about half as hard as I could and it was just so flexible. My 5 years old filled the air with air pumped proved which was awesome to have and those punches gloves are so cute. We put the sand at thr bottom for more sturdy. It's bigger than I thought and best for my 5 yrs and 3.5 yrs old. My 20 months old loves it as much they are having fun.

I got this for my 6 year old niece and she loves it. I like that it's practically portable so it's easy to carry from one room to another. You get gloves, pump, and the boxing bag. The bag is lightweight and the base is not study unfortunately so it moves around a bit and tips over when she pouches the bag, but it doesn't seem like she minds and she enjoys using it. It was extremely easy to assemble with the pump which took me around 15 minutes. Overall, I would recommend this for younger kiddos and I feel like it's a safe equipment for her to use. ... show more

It was nearly impossible to get the sand into the base, so it's only half filled and the rest filled with air. I wasn't willing to put water in the base as it will be used in the house. The little guy loves it. Works out his crazy energy. And the first day of playing with it, at bed time, he fell asleep quickly! Win! lol ... show more
