    • Keep these in your first aid kit.
Time is of essence when you have a burn situation. Keep these in your first aid kit and apply as soon as possible. These pads can really reduce the pain and help limit he continuing damage from the burn injury.

The price is a bit high for the number of dressings (five of them in a pack), but this is one of those things you keep in your first-aid kit but hope to never have to use. So far I haven't had to, but I did open the box and take a look at it to make sure this thing is good. It sure is. The expiry date is also far out (~5 years out). For one, it's large enough at 4" x 4" unless you do something crazy like put your entire hand in boiling oil. This is a hydrogel dressing and I've seen this kind used in the past first hand - it cools and helps limit the impact of the burn while reducing pain. The packaging is nice in that it looks easy to open with one of those tear-off notches. It would be nice though if the company could put a little more information out there about itself or the source of its materials since this is a medical device after all. ... show more

I am super accident prone in the kitchen. I guess I get busy and don't pay as much attention as I should, but a cut or burn is not uncommon for me. These hydrogel burn dressings are great for relieving the pain from a burn. I've started just keeping them in the kitchen, so they're handy. These are soothing, they don't stick to the burn, and whether it's just some red, irritated skin or a blistering burn, these help with the pain. The cost is reasonable for the quality in my opinion, and I'll continue to use them. My skin appreciates it. ... show more

    • Good to have in first-aid kit, but no info on brand
Very handy to have in the emergency kit for minor burns or for first-aid treatment of more serious burns until you can get to urgent/emergency care. Each pad is individually sealed, and the package says the pads are sterilized with radiation. My only issue with this product is that I couldn't find information on MarvellHealth (marvellhealth.com is not an active website, and Google searches didn't turn up any corporate information), so I don't know how much to trust the hygiene of their manufacturing facilities in China. I'd like more transparency/certifications for a first-aid product like this. ... show more

I like to keep these put up in my first aid kit for any kind of emergency that may come around. These are great for burn wounds, it helps to keep it dry and help keep germs away. They are water based so they won’t stick to your burns. They each come individually wrapped and sterile. Great to have on hand!! Would Recommend!! ... show more

I have a robust first aid kit on our property, where EMS is a good distance out. I added these in the hopes that I'll never have to use them, but will be glad to have them in case I do. The first thing I noticed it that they have a nice long expiration date. 5 years! Also, the dressings are good sized, 4" wide and long. Great for almost any household burn. The packages are easy to open, which is important in an emergency. I think the price is very reasonable for a set of 5. I would absolutely order them again. ... show more
