I burned myself so bad 6 days ago in the oven.. I touched my hand on the heating element on 500°F broil.. (skin was peeling off and it was super pink and raw) and I applied this to the burn daily 3x a day and it's almost completely gone. I never heal this fast from burns so this is astonishing. Great product! I was watching the burn get moisturize each time I applied the ointment and it would absorb in the burn and plump it up and help the skin go back to normal. See new pic for Update after 7 weeks. The scar is much lighter and hardly noticeable. This product works. I only used it 1 to 3x a day and if I used 4 times a day it would have healed better. I used flash on the 2nd picture because you cannot see the scar without flash. That's how well the gel worked!!!

I had a small chemical burn hypertrophic scar from about 5 years ago (about the size of an eraser on end of pencil) - got a little overzealous with some TendSkin solution removing a small pimple there. Nothing has ever worked in the past and thought I would have to get laser treatments or resurfacing. Tried other scar gels in the past (ScarAway) - did nothing really, although ScarAway worked on a couple scars from old cuts on my arms I noticed. Only been 5 days so far (2x a day). Yesterday applied with a swab and was still noticing red inflamed on the area - no real calming down. Had some Arnicare gel here, so waited until it dried yesterday for about 10 mins, then applied the Arnicare gel on top (unscented) with clean swab. The swelling went down immediately. So did the redness. Yes, I had tried ONLY the Arnicare gel in the past and no real results. This morning woke up and noticed how much improvement there was from just that one "combo" application! Today I am trying this combo once again. The swelling of scar and redness went away immediately. At night before bed, I do not have anything on skin to allow it to heal. This will take a bit, but this is the most promising it has looked in 5 years! Will update later when I see more. Let me know if anyone tries this and post your progress. (Again - this is for the sensitive facial skin where you might be looking for something that actually works on that area.)

Light, cool, hydrating gel that sinks in. Helps heal wounds to limit the appearance of Scarring & resulting Discoloration. It's *very hydrating and soothing,* so I put a large glob on my blistered 2nd Degree Burn, let it soak in for 20 min, then seal it in with silicone tape or even better, that over tatto tape to orotect from dehydration, friction, water, dirt & leave on for 24 hours. My wound started healing much better/ quickly! What a relief! Today, my lips were irritated because I kind of do something not recommended by dermatologists & I put my Tretinoin around my mouth a couple times a week, but I accidentally spread it onto my lips when applying lotion on top. That kind of irritation is DEEP, but this helped within 30 minutes! Unheard of! Has no scent. Glides onto skin like a luxurious wet gel lotion, but better. Cooling but not minty.. wet and hydrating- like aloe, but better. Then it starts to feel a little sticky when it first srarts drying, but it doesn't stay sticky. Gotta say, it imediately soaked deeply into my skin & lips, then it wasn't sticky & LEFT NO RESIDUE! 😃 This legitimately hydrates deeper than my expensive, luxury brand products, including my favorite 80 dollar serum lotion! I'm going to start using under my eyes! 🥰 Highly recommend. Couldn't be happier. I pair with Remedy Silicone Barrier Skin Protector. That's luxury. Both have great ingredients, texture & dry down, and pair well together as long as you let the gel dry before applying the Silicone Protective Barrier. I don't regret this buy!
