This stuff is amazing. Got a bad burn on my arm and waited to buy this due to the price. I started applying after the burn healed and I could immediately see a difference. It’s has faded the scarring significately and I plan to buy another tube of it. I know the price is high but trust me it’s worth it.

The night time Merderma has a bad smell that disapates quickly but you can see the results / fading happening within days. Have used multipual times and would/will buy again.

I applied it once daily, and within the first week, I already noticed a visible difference. The redness began to fade, and the texture started to smooth out—something I didn’t expect to happen so quickly. Now, just a few weeks later, the scars are significantly lighter, flatter, and less noticeable. Mederma has truly sped up the healing process and helped restore my skin’s appearance way beyond what I expected. If you're dealing with fresh burn scars, especially from first- or second-degree burns, I can't recommend this enough. Just once a day made a huge difference!
