I've used this product for a few years now and just recently started using it again on a new scar and it usually takes around 8 weeks to notice anything. I've been using it for a month now and I can already tell my scar is becoming less noticeable.

I used this after open heart surgery based on the recommendations of friends and family. This is not a large tube and is pricey. I applied it as soon as my scab healed and used as prescribed, which was once a day. The results were not really that noticeable to me or really my family. I had another family member who used it after some surgery near her face and it worked better. It has been a while now and the scar has faded some, but I think this is due to time since it has been a long period of time since I used the medicine. Overall, I was not impressed by the results and probably would not buy it again. I'm not sure what other brand I would buy or what other method I would try. ... show more
