Prior reviewers mentioned they were sent different chairs that weren't the same as the manufacturer's pictures. Part of me was kinda hoping to receive the chair that other people were getting, however I received the chair as shown in the sale picture, which is fine. The chair was relatively straightforward to assemble and the parts are hefty with good quality. Tools were included and the screws were nicely packaged. Instructions were clear. Sitting in the chair is very comfortable and I think I prefer the foam seat rather than mesh. The only thing is the foam chair may likely be a bit harder to clean over time. There's no headrest with this chair, but it's not a big deal although would have been nice. The seat's height adjustment is smooth. The ability to lean back is not exactly as expected, but perhaps I need to tinker with it some more. The arm rests do not feel flimsy and fortunately they are microfiber padded so it won't rip like the usual cheap arm rests. The back lumbar is positioned well and doesn't feel awkward. Overall very satisfied with the quality of the chair.

I like the chair pretty well. The only thing I didn’t like is that there is no locking mechanism for the tilt of the seat, but other than that it is a nice chair for a reasonable price.

Easy straight forward assembly process and directions. The chair is comfortable, though the lumbar support is a little aggressive for my back. I was able to make it better with the addition of a throw pillow above so it's all good. The armrests are also comfortable and i like that they can be moved up to be out of the way.

Attractive office chair that feels solid. It took me about 30 minutes to unpackage and assemble the chair, although having 2 people would speed things up a lot. The back is mesh while the seat and arm rests are faux leather. It all looks and feels nice, but all chairs that use faux leather crack and peel after a couple of years, so consider that against the price. The chair feels solid and I like that the armrests can be folded up. I'm not interested in the headrest, so I just didn't install it, I think it looks better this way. All of the hardware was organized in a blister pack and the included Allen wrench is easily that nicest one I've seen included with any furniture, large T handle, feels like it came out of a tool set. The casters are standard fare, I had some nicer ones on hand that I used instead, although the included ones seem fine. Overall a good choice especially if you want fold up arm rests.

I was surprised that this chair required a significant amount of assembly, which isn't highlighted adequately in the description. However, the instruction manual was clear at each step, including diagrams showing what bolts go where. All the small parts were sorted, sealed, and identified in plastic pouches on a piece of cardboard. Larger pieces were well-protected. Assembly was not difficult, but there were many pieces and bolts to screw in. The tool for the countersunk hex bolts was much better than typical Allen wrenches. The chair has many features. However, I do not find it comfortable compared to my current chair, with well-padded, fabric-coated foam cushions for the seat and back and cushioned fabric armrests. This mesh chair back pushes you forward more than I like. You can tilt back by pulling out the seat adjuster and reclining, but the seat-to-back angle is constant. The spring is also when leaning back, forcing you forward. I could not figure out how to lock in a reclined position. The foam cushion armrests for this mesh chair have a faux-leather coating, which is very thin, and I expect these to wear rapidly, especially as the arms contact the underside of a desk, for example. The fabric doesn't appear easily replaceable. The chair is better than a typical low-cost offering but not as nice as others in this price range.

This chair was easily an order of magnitude better than the last office chair I reviewed on this site. The components were all well-manufactured and smooth and were carefully packed between bubble wrap and cardboard. Bolts etc, were bubble packaged and clearly labeled. The instructions were (miraculously!) Clear and easy to follow with excellent illustrations and written in (actual) English. It took about 20 minutes to assemble with the provided (large and easy-to-hold) Allen wrench. The assembled chair feels sturdy and hard to tip. The base is well-welded metal. The seat is well-padded PU material and the back is a very breathable mesh. The air cylinder works well to allow seat height adjustment; however, the tilt tension adjustment knob appears to make no difference whatsoever. The rocking (tilt) function is nice but I wish it went back further and was easier to engage (I am a fairly short person). I have to push to make this thing lean back, which is not easy or relaxing. The armrests are also padded with PU material and the angle can be adjusted. The armrest height is not adjustable but they are high enough to be functional. The armrest tilt adjustment is just friction; they will not stay tilted up if you put your weight on them to push up out of the chair and will probably eventually lose their staying power with repeated use. Overall a very decent home-office chair for the price point ($120), though of course nothing like what you'd get if you spent a few hundred more.

Got this chair to use at work to replace a cheap office chair and I couldn't be happier. Setup was fairly easy and only took about 15 minutes. The headrest is definitely a nice touch, and the padding is thick and firm. I only wish it had an adjustment for the angle of the backrest and the height of the armrests. Recommended for most office applicatons.
