This little thing is mighty. The mattress is comfortable. Honestly the best deal for a bed set like this on Amazon. Customer service is amazing through Amazon, the first time I ordered, the base never came. They immediately refunded me, and I ordered again, and it was here in a couple days. It’s HEAVY, 120 lbs for the base, but it couldn’t be more simple to put together! Once it’s all together, it dropped right into my chosen bed frame. I love the massage feature, it’s so soothing to me. It’s just a light vibration, it’s not too noisy. But it makes me feel so grounded. I love to turn it on while meditating. It’s wonderful. Very nice and works very good. Massage is not very strong especially the feet part and it raises and lowers pretty slowly but it is ok. It is very heavy and I would definitely suggest 2 people. I did it by myself but was difficult

Best purchase this year. Very easy to assemble. I paid extra for the room of choice delivery. I am glad it was pretty heavy removing from the box Set up took me 30 minutes to set up and the mattress inflating took the 48 hours. I’ve had some of the best sleep the last week.

Paid $577 for the NS1 model 10 inch mattress. It shipped separately and arrived on different days which wasn’t too big a deal. Mattress inflated pretty quickly and I slept on it the second day out of the package. The base was extremely heavy and couldn’t be done alone even by a man. I appreciate that all the electronics and equipment were pre installed except the power cord and the feet of the bed however, I think it would have been more manageable as a single person to have it in two parts. The mechanisms for up/down lights and massager work well but the vibrations are horribly loud. I live in an old early 1900s house with all hard floors and this bed shakes most the house and even some of my windows. If you live with others or above someone, I would not recommend the massage system. Honestly, it’s not even that great at massaging however Im recovering from a broken spine so I may be hard to please. The worst part is the my dominant side of the bed ports don’t work they light up but nothing is charging on that side which is really really frustrating that was my favorite feature on this bed and it’s practically useless as the other side is in a corner and more inconvenient than just plugging in a charger to an outlet. The mattress is my biggest concern. It’s advertised as cooling however this is the hottest mattress I’ve ever slept on. Something about it just doesn’t breathe well and like traps heat and moisture. Definitely would not recommend for hot/sweaty sleepers. It is comfortable though. On the softer side of medium/firm but my damaged back likes it just fine. I imagine I will need to replace the mattress sooner than later as I can tell it will get impression zones pretty quickly and I won’t be able to deal with the heat in the summer. I’ll try to keep the mattress rotated to avoid impressions but I bet this won’t last the year. Overall, the price was ok. I really wanted an adjustable bed with a black mattress so I feel I got some solid aspects out of it. But I also really wanted a cooling mattress which this is definitely NOT. I just wish more of the features were better to get full use out of it. ... show more
