For the price I'm very happy with my purchase. The item arrived earlier than anticipated but the mattress arrived a day later. I have the standard size bed. It was fairly easy to put together. It would be better to have two people but somehow this 69 year old lady (lol) put this together by myself. I only needed help bringing the box into the house as it is very heavy. The mechanics have been working well so far. I like the USB ports on each side of the bed plus an attached pouch to keep your cell phone or the remote in. I purchased the 10" mattress and have had no problems with it. In fact the first night I slept on this bed I slept for 6 hours straight which is incredible for me as I usually toss and turn and wake up several times a night. My sleep quality was great. Some reviews say this mattress is too firm but I find it comfortable. The instructions say not to sit on the end or the head of the bead so when I get up I sit on the edge in the middle. You can feel the mattress adjust to your weight so I assume as you lay on it it adjusts to your whole body. This bed feels very sturdy and the noise level is relatively quiet when adjusting up and down. The remote is very easy to use too. There is a light under the bed that can be controlled from the remote for those times you need to get up at night but don't want to turn on a bright light. I find this useful. However, if you plan on storing things under the bed you may block the light since it is in the center underneath the bed. You can install the legs to one of 3 heights. If you decided to change the height at a later time you will have to remove the mattress to tip the bed over to unscrew one of the rods from each leg so I would decide on a height before installing it. I did not have to call customer service so I cannot answer to how their service is. I've only had this bed for a few weeks but so far it's doing what it's supposed to do and I am very happy with it, especially not breaking the bank to purchase it. Any of the bad reviews... I had a completely different experience. BOTH the mattress and frame came at the same delivery. By myself, I opened/unwrapped the mattress WITH ABSOLUTELY NO ODOR... even when I shoved my nose into the fabric. It opened to the FULL 10" in less than 1 hour. I test drove it on the floor and felt exactly medium-firm with a very cushy built-in topper that had no weird "memory foam feel" often requiring another topper. This is ready for sheets. I will update this review after the frame is installed. So far a great price for high-end memory foam mattress and a full-featured adjustable frame, both for less than $600 delivered. ... show more

I cannot express enough how thrilled I am about this fantastically comfortable bed. The set up was simple. The three height options are perfect, as I recently considered lowering thr legs to keep my cats from playing underneath of it. The material od the mattress is excellent. The frame is high quality and very study. I have had excellent support and I absolutely love that I can program the remote to save different positions to automatically adjust to for watching television, to deal with sciatica flare up or whatever other needs I can think of. It is not at ALL loud when moving from one position to the other. It is pleasantly quiet, and so much so that it doesn't even bother my pets when it moves beneath them. The price was EXCELLENT! My ONLY issue is that it is a VERY heavy frame so you will absolutely need help getting it inside of your home upon delivery. ... show more

I’m honestly angry and disappointed. This is sold as a mattress and adjustable base set, but the mattress does NOT properly flex with the frame. When the foot section lifts, the base clearly bends — but the mattress doesn't follow it. Instead of contouring to the frame, it stays stiff and creates gaps and uneven support. What’s the point of an adjustable bed if the mattress won’t actually adjust? The whole reason to buy an adjustable base is for proper elevation and support. If the mattress doesn’t bend with the hinge points, you lose the benefits completely. It feels like the mattress and frame weren’t designed to work together at all. This should never happen in a bundled set. If you plan on actually using the adjustable feature, especially for leg elevation, do yourself a favor and buy something else. This was the best price around for an adjustable bed frame with the mattress INCLUDED. Very comfortable and I love the TV viewing adjustment setting. Also has side pockets on both sides to store phones, remotes, etc., and charging ports on each side of the bed. The remote also includes an under-bed lighting function. Frame and mattress are of excellent quality. Arrived on time with no damage and was very easy to set up. I got the full size NSO base & 10" mattress. I'm very happy with this purchase and the price is right. Took me a couple nights to get it adjusted to the perfect position. The base and mattress are very heavy, but my kids helped me get it in and set up. I suggest having at least one helper. The legs can be set to 3 different sizes. This was important to me, as I need under bed storage. Operation is quiet and simple. For the price, I couldn't be happier. Seems real sturdy so far, and the mattress is comfortable.
