Before I finally landed on this chair I read about a million articles with buying advice for ergonomic desk chairs, looked for second hand expensive chairs, read so many Amazon reviews. Obviously you can spend a whole lot of money on an ergonomic desk chair (even used ones), but I really didn't want to. I just bought this today, so the jury is out on long term wear, ,but I can say that the components feel solid, assembly was easy, it is *very* comfortable so far, and -- even more to the point -- VERY adjustable in so many different ways that physical therapists etc recommended in the articles I read. I am 5 foot 5; in order to put the chair at the right ergonomic height for my particular desk and keyboard, I need a footrest so my feet aren't dangling. But that would be the case with any chair in my setup. The headrest is great, the arms are soft and comfortable, the back support piece is perfect, and everything can be adjusted as you sit in it. Rollers are quiet and stable on laminate floor. The box was a good size and heavy enough (~32 lbs) to be awkward for an unfit middle aged lady to wrangle down apartment steps; however, the Amazon driver brought it straight to my door. The chair was carefully packed. Whoever wrote the assembly instructions (which are in English and Spanish) for this chair is some kind of technical writing genius -- I have never seen clearer or more easy-to-follow instructions. From slicing open the tape on the box to finished chair was 45 minutes for me. All you need for assembly is included -- also fabric gloves (for protecting your manicure? I guess?) and extra bolts and washers. Super buy. If I'd known I could get such an affordable and massive upgrade from my previous garbage chair I would have done it long ago. Great value for the money. I rarely write reviews but all the reviews I read helped me make a great decision, so here ya go.

I bought this chair as part of the Cyber Monday deal and it's great in comparison to the chairs I'd been using for years before. The chair takes about 30-45 minutes to assemble and has great head/back support, adjustable arm rests. It's pretty lightweight but still sturdy so the chair rolls with ease. I'm relatively tall so being able to adjust pretty much every aspect of the chair so I can sit comfortably is a big plus for me. I'm giving the chair a 4 star rating only because I was anticipating the seat cushion itself being a little softer, however, I can always get a cushion to sit on if it becomes bothersome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable but inexpensive office chair.

Very impressed with this chair, especially at this price range. Some of the best instructions I've seen. All hardware sealed together by the step needed in. The Allen wrench that came with it has a plastic T handle and is one you'll throw in your toolbox not the junk drawer. I'm 6'3" 235lbs This chair is extremely comfortable and the lumbar support has enough adjustment that it's actually useful to me which isn't the norm. It seems very sturdy while using it and it looks very nice to boot. But it's going in my paint booth so it won't be pretty for long. But it's very comfortable for long painting session. I'd buy this chair again from what I've seen so far. Now we'll see how she holds up in the long run.

With my spine problems I need neck and back support. This chair provides both and they're both adjustable for the height and amount of lumbar support needed. The adjustable armrests are great for being able to change positions constantly, as I cannot sit in one position for more than a few minutes at a time. The seat cushion is very comfortable, and wide enough I can sit criss cross apple sauce and not be squished. Great chair for a long work day at a great price! Also, very easy to assemble

This was the second chair I bought off Amazon. The first one from another company had uneven screw holes and the chair sat crooked. This chair however was perfect! Easy to assemble, I love the tool they include for the screws which was more comfortable to use. The whole chair is very sturdy and feels like a high end office chair. Super comfortable cushion seat. I love that the base where the wheels are isn’t plastic. It’s actually heavy sturdy metal. Highly recommend this chair

Easy assembly, looks great, very comfortable and adjustable. I especially like the fold-up arms. I use the chair in a music studio and my old chair's arms did not fold up so I had to lean way forward to record bass/guitar. Only one very small issue is that some of the adjustments do not lock securely in place, so occasionally, they will slip out of place and you'll have to reset them.
