This office chair is working out very well for us in a non-office situation. My husband likes to sit out in our screen room but has very painful back problems. He’s tried so many different chairs but none have been comfortable enough to sit for any length of time. This chair has changed that. The adjustable lumbar support and arm rests of the chair keep him positioned in perfect upright posture, the headrest is large and comfortable, and the adjustable height allows him to put his feet on the floor at exactly the right height. This chair can be adjusted in so many ways that almost anyone will find a combination that’s just right. The steel parts are heavy duty to support a lot of weight. The mesh and plastic parts are nicely finished and the breathable mesh will make it more comfortable to sit outside in the summer. It swivels and rolls very smoothly. The knobs and handles to adjust the various parts are large and easy to work, especially important for older or painful hands. Assembly was easy and straightforward. It took my husband about a 1/2 hour at a relaxed pace, thanks to the clear and complete instructions. All parts are marked and the included Allen wrench is a good size making it easy to work with. This is an excellent chair and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

We are not what you would call "handy" people. Fortunately, with the included hex key/Allen wrench, it took my hubby about 45 minutes to set this chair up. I only had to help him by bracing the chair so that he could attach the chair back to the seat and to set the seat onto the center post. It's very customizable so that you can adjust lumbar support, head rest, arm rest height, chair height and even the tilt. One tip: If you lock the chair in a tilted position, and then try to unlock it to rock, you will need to tilt the seat back ALL the way so that it can release properly. Nicely made for a reasonable price (even at the $199 starting price, it looks to be cheaper now). My hubby gave it a 4 after first constructing it, but after using it for a week, he upgraded it to a 5. He looks quite happy snuggled into his new office chair in the evenings. At 5'6" with a lightweight frame, it fits well for us, but definitely feels like it could accommodate a larger person.

Ordered this to replace leather executive chair that had worn out. This chair is used by two people of vastly different sizes and both were amazed at how comfortable it was. Having the adjustable arms was added bonus as well as the head support and the height adjustment went higher than standard desk chairs. Would highly recommend for people sitting at desk for long duration. Base was made out of metal not plastic.

Marsail Office Chair, Ink-Black This big chair arrived in a big box, with all it's parts well packed and bubble wrapped individually. Assembly/instruction manual was taped to the back of the chair back section, also included were all the necessary bolts for assembly (plus some extras) and an L-shaped hex wrench. It took me about forty minutes to put this chair together, including opening the big box and removing all the pieces. (I have assembled a few office chairs previously..) I just followed the instructions step by step. Instruction book is printed in multiple languages. This big chair is surprisingly light for its size, but sturdy. And comfortable. For the price, it is a great value, I think.

The black office chair model HNOC1 with a headrest and adjustable lumbar support by Marsail / Huanuo / Bestqi Innovation (Hong Kong) Technology Company Limited is made in PRC (china). The chair is mostly plastic, with the metal mostly in the legs, center adjustable shaft, and the plate that fits on the bottom of the seat that fits on the center adjustable shaft. I ordered this chair for $150, and I believe I overpaid given the materials and unknown long term durability. The chair comes in parts and pieces, but is assembled in less than 30 minutes. The assembled chair is very comfortable once I got the lumbar adjusted. The lumbar height does not stay put, and slides around with no way to lock it in place. This is a three star chair, but is quite comfortable. My advice is to get this chair on sale. 4 stars

i like most of the office chairs I have tested and this is no exception. It rolls, spins, tilts, and goes up and down. It is better than most, offering height adjustable lumbar support and headrest. It is unusual in having Arm rests that rotate out of the way when not needed and the rests move in and out to provide an extra measure of comfort. It tilts back as far as any. Padding in the seat is thicker than most. I had no trouble getting comfortable. I like it a lot.

You’ll be surprised at how comfortable this chair really is. The frame is sturdy and the mesh back and seat is both cool and breathable so you won’t get too warm sitting in it. Highly recommend this for your home office or your regular office.

Assembly was around 20 minutes using tool provided. Seat material feels average in quality. This chair comes with some extra features at the price point. Adjusting back and head rest. Arm supports are vertically adjustable. Back support is adjustable and works well. Nice chair at this price range. Thumbs from me.
